    Furnace install

    The men came on time, worked really hard and were really conscientious about the work they were doing. They were careful about not creating a mess and did a great clean-up on completion. This was not an easy Job as it was a furnace install in a crawl space. Removal of the old furnace had to be a challenge. I will recommend Arpis and also wish to express my gratitude for a job well done

    Furnace cleaning and check up

    The gentlemen that came to service the air ducts and service the furnace were very polite and courteous. They were punctual, very personable, and very tidy. We would highly recommend Arpis to our family and friends.

    Furnace cleaning and service - annual

    Furnace was thoroughly cleaned and serviced. Fire alarms and CO2 alarms were also tested. Friendly, on-time service.

    Furnace installation

    David Wilder and William Weinrauch did a professional and speedy job of installing my new furnace and I would certainly recommend Arpies to others. My only criticism was that they didn’t clean up my laundry room after they had finished. But that only took me about half an hour. I would certainly recommend Arpies highly!! Thankyou!

    Water leak on furnace.

    Vanessa Lam came and replaced a pipe that was leaking on my furnace. She was very personable and had the work done in under an hour. She explained everything she had done and also showed me how to properly clean my electronic furnace filters. I was very pleased to be dealing with a female. Thank you Vanessa.

    the work was done very efficiently, and the serviceman was very pleasant and thorough! Thank you.

    Two new furnaces/thermostats/ductwork and piping.

    Its winter here and The Tech Installers promised a furnace would be operational by 6:00PM. But two were operational by suppertime. The Installation is neat and a satisfactory residential completion in our basement. David and William the installers worked well together. David had answers for all of my questions and also helped me turn on the pilot light for my fireplace nat gas heater. William had a repair part for one of the furnace humidifiers; these extra touches make for a high level of satisfaction with the installers and for Arpis. Jack

    Furnace Repair

    I phoned Arpis at about 1:00 on a tuesday afternoon for a furnace repair. By around 3:15 the same afternoon a technician was at my house. I really appreciate the prompt service. The technician was very professional, friendly and helpful at explaining the problem. Thank you for the excellent service.

    furnace replacement

    Installers were great. Unfortunately, a faulty part in the pump spilled water in my basement. Not an easy job for the installers, nor the fellow who repaired the pump.
