    Service to furnace and humidifier

    Vanessa was congenial, efficient and helpful. She took time to answer all my questions with clarity and offered suggestions. She is the best service rep I have ever had dealings with and was a pleasure to meet.

    Gas Furnace repair

    I'm really appreciated Tech person - Adi Garibovic incredible service with reasonable price. He is knowledgeable and knows everything about my furnace. Also he got things done very quickly. I'll recommend Arpi's service to my friends next time.

    00076970 work order furnace not working

    Had two visits, one an emergency call, went well but Jeremy missed one item to check. Needed second visit by Seth who rectified it all in a quick and efficient manner. Perhaps should not have needed second visit...but I was still satisfied..particularly with Seth’s performance.

    Furnace and humidifier annual inspection

    Excellent, would welcome the tech back again. He checked all connections, cleaned the "flues" changed the filter, installed a new pad in the humidifer and replaced a leaky connection. He also checked the fan motor and advised what he had done.

    Pressure switch change

    Although there’s not the same model part available, Adi used a similar one and installed in a better place. Well done.

    Updating bathroom fixtures

    Paul and Keith were extremely professional. They installed a high efficient toilet and new wall hung sink with black faucet in our 1954 bungalow's secondary bathroom. That means, old copper and connecting to old pipes. Beautiful job! I will have them back to service my furnace and all further plumbing as needed. Thanks so much!

    Annual furnace and humidifier maintenance

    I called Arpis on Thursday morning and they were able to schedule an appointment for Friday afternoon. The technician came on time and was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will certainly use them again next year.

    Furnace service

    Very pleased with the service. The service representative was pleasant, thorough and attentive. OVerall I was very pleased with the service. We have been using Arpi’s for at least 20 years.

    Furnace duct cleaning and service

    I was very pleased with the service I got today from Arpis. The technicians who cleaned the ducts did so quickly and professionally. The service technician explained things so that I understood the functioning of my furnace, and he showed me inside my furnace so I could see what he was looking for.

    Duct Cleaning

    Chris was so wonderful, and very accommodating to my cats. He was wonderful to chat with and was both professional and friendly. The service was quick, clean, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!
