    Furnace work

    The pressure valve was faulty causing the heat to run intermittently. A new valve was tested 3 times and again with the old valve and it was deemed to be the faulty valve

    Furnace repair

    The technician arrived on time, was clean and courteous, answered my questions. A written estimate of the repairs was made, the work was completed promptly, the technician checked the repair to confirm that it was done right and I was satisfied before leaving.

    Annual maintenance of heating system.

    I’ve been extremely satisfied year after year, with the service and maintenance program I’ve received in my home. The technical expertise of their service staff has proven to be of an impeccable nature, in all aspects of the jobs they’re doing! Thank you kindly, for your service.

    Bathtub plumbing fixture replaced

    Plumber, Randy, arrived promptly on time, introduced himself and explained what he had to do. Very thorough, finished on time, cleaned up the work area. Very efficient. I would have Randy back again if a plumber was required at my house again.

    Furnace, humidifier and water heater maintenance

    Checked everything out, the technician was very patient with me when I was explaining some things that I thought needed checking. She also recommended changing the condensation collection unit while the furnace was still on warranty (warranty was going to expire in 9 months). This saved me money and was much appreciated. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

    Furnace service maintenance

    Technician was very professional checking both furnaces for optimum performance. He was very diligent checking both humidifiers noticing there were some issues needing attention. He was very kind showing me how to properly set the humidifiers and how to perform maintenance checks on them, which I very much appreciated.

    Furnace maintenance

    The technician, Vanessa Lam, did an extraordinary job of explaining what she was going to do during the service call. She answered all our questions about our system and then did the service. She then went over the results. The whole thing was a very pleasant experience, and the value was exceptional.

    New Furnace and hot tank water

    Instillation of the new Furnace and Hot Water tank was done professionally and the work looks great!

    Furnace Maintenance

    Lee showed up within the appropriate time window, calling first and giving me a 30-40 min heads up that he was coming. He was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. We have always had great experiences with Arpi's work and would definitely recommend them and use them again. Thank you
