    Annual furnace service

    Checked all furnace operations and correct a couple of issues found during the inspection. Technician was pleasant and kept me informed during the process, answering any questions I posed.

    Installation of air conditioner, Lennox.

    The crew were very courteous and polite. Walked us through once the work was completed. They stayed late to complete the job.

    main water valve repair

    This was diagnostic work for a main water valve that will no longer completely shut off the water and repair of a humidifier.

    Furnace, Humidifier and Hot Water Tank.

    All serviced/checked and filter/pad replaced and placed new water alarm. Made thermostat receive power from furnace and replaced batteries for backup. Checked carbon monoxide detectors.

    Heater repair

    The technician took the time to fully explain what what broken, and how it worked. He then made the repair quickly, and had the parts available in his van. Very pleased with how timely he worked.

    Furnace tune-up service

    Lee arrived exactly at the appointment time. This was the second annual tune-up service following a very satisfactory installation of this furnace by the same company. Lee is very personable and carried out the work swiftly and competently. In conversation during this process, he explained some emerging developments in furnace problem diagnostics which stand to change the entire process. He also offered advise on removal, should it be necessary, of the condensate pump. This was the second time Lee has performed this service, so we are becoming old friends. All in all, a satisfying experience. Highly recommended.

    Hot water tank replacement

    The plumber (Darryl) was professional, helpful and the staff overall was friendly. I was happy with the service.

    Annual boiler maintenance check

    I highly recommend this company. Their tech is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Service was performed on time. Tech called prior to arrival and arrived on time. He ensured I know all aspects of what he was doing.

    Furnace annual check

    Very professional and detailed service check. All ready for winter. Great furnace Lennox was installed last year and heats house quickly.
