    Hot water tank replacement

    Arpis employee was punctual and very professional. Obviously very knowledgeable and left me with some great tips on how to take better care of my mechanical equipment.

    Furnace and AC install

    The Arpi’s team was so great. Professional, clean and efficient. We will always come back to Arpi’s.

    Furnace

    Found out blocked intake Robert sources problem. Robert was very curtious and friendly. Had his first pear, ever!

    Plumbing Repair

    Quick service for a plumbing leak. During the repair the tech discovered and replaced another pipe that was cracking and likely would have started leaking, requiring another service call. Tech also cleaned out sludge from pipes making my sink drain perform like new! Very happy with the service I received

    Annual furnace maintenance check

    The work provided by Rob was completed on time and in a very efficient manner. Rob was very polite and answered all my questions, plus he explained what he was doing and the reasons.

    Furnace, Hot Water Installation

    We purchased our forced air furnace through Arpi's Industries and received excellent service from the team. Their follow up yearly maintenance plan has always left us with a good knowledge this unit will be there to heat our home for years to come. When our hot water tank needed to be replaced we called the Arpi's team and Sam was quickly dispatched to check out our situation and within a couple of hours we had our new hot water heater. As with our furnace we received a fast response with amazing service. Thanks Apri's - The McLellan Family.

    Furnace tech visit

    The tech was on time and able to fix a problem more complicated than anticipated. The parts needed were sourced on the phone and picked up and re-installed on the same day.

    Bathroom and kitchen plumbing

    Arpis was professional and service was excellent. Will recommend to others. Plumber did a whole home review with future recommendations. He had products with him and issues were dealt with immediately.

    Air Conditioner, Electrical Panel and Return Vent

    I had my initial consultation with Craig from Arpi's. He was very professional and answered all my questions while setting up my quote. Because my electrical panel was full I needed to upgrade my panel which Craig facilitated through Bertram Electric. The panel install went well and passed city inspection. When it was time to do the install Arpi's technicians showed up on time and finished the work within the day. The install was professional, passed inspection and I have not had any issues. About my only complaint is that Arpi's could have pointed me to a thermostat rebate, but that's not a big deal. Price wise Arpi's was the middle quote of the three I received and I am satisfied with the work they did. All work was completed for the price in the initial quote. Overall I had a very good experience hiring ARPI's and would use them again.

    Poor quality work

    Arpi's is the HVAC company that Avi contracted for my new home build. They installed the furnace and then the a/c after I moved in. The furnace they installed is incapable of heating this house when the temps drop below freezing outside. Their representative claimed the furnace is right-sized for efficiency but in this case it means grossly undersized. If its -20 outside and the furnace is set to 21C it will never get above 19C. The quality of the install job was very poor with gaps several millimetres wide at many seams and holes large enough to fit a pencil through at corners. I had to apply foil tape myself to keep the mechanical room at the same temperature as the rest of the house. They also did a poor job placing the vents around the house. Several all too close to the walls to fit a cover so their solution was to cut the edge off a cover and squeeze it in against the baseboard. It looks bad and means it will be nearly impossible to ever replace the cover.
