    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    James serviced my furnace today, answered my questions & offered advice. He was professional, efficient and friendly. Always great service with this company and I would definitely recommend Arpis!

    Furnace Replacement and New A/C

    Dennis did the initial quote. He took his time and answered all my questions to ensure that we ended up with the correct equipment for our situation. Branden and Reggie installed 2 replacement furnaces and 2 new A/C units. Very pleased with their work - efficient and tidy. Very professional and a pleasure to interact with. Answered any questions I had and went out of their way to accommodate any requests that I had. Great representatives of Arpi's. Very pleased with the install job. Yes I would recommend

    Purchase/installation furnace& hot water tank

    ARPI's was amazing. Professional, punctual for the installation, very approachable with all queries and concerns, which were minor in nature.

    Great Furnace Inspection

    Very nice inspector - Adi! Great guy, took his time, provided feedback and recommendations and was really a great experience overall!

    Annual Maintenance. Lennox hi-efficiency furnace

    My furnace tech, Sarah, arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Very efficiently performed the maintenance inspection -all was well. She answered some questions I had about battery performance in my thermostat. This is the second year I’ve had Sarah as my tech, and I’m very happy with her work.

    Lennox two stage gas furnace

    Installers were true professionals. They were efficient, neat and tidy. They kept me informed and answered all my questions when I went to check on them. They even took the time to program the thermostat and explain what he did and why it’s a great way to set the program times. Thanks again for your services. I’ve been a customer of April’s since 2007 and have never been disappointed.

    Furnace Repair on Christmas morning

    Furnace went down worst day of the year, Spent 5 hours trying to take care of myself. ARPIS came out after I threw in the towel and diagnosed that it was the board, had part in the truck and had my house warm again in short order. Great tech, was very honest and polite.

    Furnace repairs

    We had furnace problems and logged our issue at Arpi's website at 9:30, the morning of Dec 1. Very promptly we were notified that Arpi's works on all types of furnaces and Vanessa could be out for noon to help us. That's what happened and after diagnosis Vanessa did a great job of explaining the problem to us and our options. We decided to have a new blower motor installed and Vanessa returned with one and by 3:30 everything was fixed and several other things were changed for the better (gas pressure, variable speed fan options). We were impressed with Vanessa's knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness. We really appreciated the detailed service report that Vanessa prepared describing the issue and the fix, so detailed, well written and understandable. The report was emailed to us right after Vanessa left. It's great to have such a record of the event for future reference. We were very satisfied with the whole experience.

    Furnace check up

    Excellent service Habte (Technician), a very nice person. The sense of helping other is utmost for him. Weighing the pros and cons about the problem, educating us to avoid such problem in the near future Anne, (Customer service) such a wonderful one, very much helpful and understanding the urgency of the problem.

    Only what is needed

    Tech reported what the problem was and gave a solid recommendation for moving forward. Appreciate them only fixing what is necessary and not inflating the bill. Service was responsive and quick. Friendly from reception to tech to follow up. Good company to add to your call list fkr furnace issues.
