    Furnace repair

    Vanessa was clean, efficient, and courteous for the furnace repairs. My daughter had an issue at the house she rents. Her landlord contacted Arpi’s. I would highly recommend Arpi’s for service needs. I will be contacting Arpi’s for my annual furnace inspection and service needs.

    Who gets an A/C installed in the winter

    Had my second visit from Vanessa in 4 days. On Friday we had an A/C system installed which required a new thermostat. The A/C install went well, until the installer left. Soon after the thermostat went crazy, reading temperature from 38.5 C to 20 C. Needless to say my furnace was not working consistently and my home started to cool off. I called Arpi's emergency help line and was put into touch with Vanessa. On both visits to my home, Friday and today, Vanessa was professional, knowledgeable and worked extremely hard. Most impressed.

    Furnace Service / Repair

    Booked in for appointment and a great furnace specialist (Vanessa) came out and was very thorough, professional, and knew her stuff. I was very very impressed. 1 sensor and and an ignitor required replacing, parts in in about a week. After 2 weeks I called Arpis and asked if parts were in, they told me due to highway 1 closures, mudslides they were not. No problem. The next week I asked when and they said they had no idea, it was floating around in the pacific waiting to be offloaded. I then called another company and they said they could have the parts (genuine Goodman parts) here in three days out of Houston Texas, Goodman parts, not cheap chinese knock-offs. Direct from the factory. On the shelf. Right now. All staff I talked to in the office really didn't know what was going on, and were under the impression that I could not be helped. So I called another company whom I will not mention here and they will have the parts ordered in and fixed tomorrow. The entire thing has been an ordeal - from the booking, booking the wrong time (the receptionist had the person come back and perform the service which was great) to wrong phone number, email address, and even name (!) that took four times calling to get fixed. Look, if you get these guys in don't believe the hype about getting expedient service and quick parts. The people in reception truly had no idea what was going on. They will try to sell you on a plan of 225.00 per year and you will get immediate service. This is not the case at all and I sure have learned a lot about supply chain issues, particularly fake ones that don't exist. Goodman's out of Houston Texas, not China with parts on the shelf ready to ship. How unfortunate because I must say I was so happy with the technician that came out (Vanessa). Thank you Vanessa, I am so sorry that the rest of Arpis let your good work down. I hope if you use them you will ask for her or you will have a much better experience than I did. They wasted my time and had us all worried because if our ignitor goes we will simply have no heat in our home. Entirely unacceptable service with no caring from anyone other than the service manager at the end, but he just wanted to get rid of me because as he rightly told me "I am not going to make you happy". He called that right. Again, thanks Vanessa it was wonderful having you out.

    Furnace Service

    Great service! The technician was very respectful and accommodating to my schedule. He explained about the work he was doing and answered questions I had about filters and the humidifier system. I can definitely recommend Arpi’s and will be using them in future.

    Furnace

    Very professional and thorough, repair a part that was not installed properly by installing team. Check vents outside and CO2 detectors Helped with thermostat which we where not sure off. Over all very good

    Exceptional Service

    Heads up: this will be a long review as we had several services done by Arpi's and wanted to make sure that all of them are covered in this review. First and foremost, I'll do the biggest service we requested which was the replacement of our furnace.  From the initial technician, Fawad, who advised us early on that it'll be more cost effective to replace our 20+ old furnace rather than replace parts, to having Sully, our project manager, come to our home and do the inspection to give us a quote and fit us for an installation right away, to the actual job done by Clinton and Alex: we received nothing but professional and exceptional service!  Everyone went above and beyond (specially Sully) and my family is very grateful for it. We had scheduled a furnace maintenance as we've been having issues with our furnace.  Fawad came and told us flat out that our furnace is really old and has reached its lifespan.  He said he could fix and replace parts but it will be more costly for us to do so as the other parts of our old furnace will definitely need replacement in a couple months time, so a furnace replacement was more advisable than repair.  He didn't push us to get repairs and advised us professionally.  We then had Sully come after that for a quote and as mentioned, he did exceptional work.  He was able to get us scheduled within days after we got the quote and we were very appreciative of it.  He made sure we got the best deal we could possibly get and was upfront with everything.  Sully really went above and beyond for us and we were truly lucky we got him as our project manager.  Clinton and Alex came to do the actual installation and did a very thorough job.  They made sure all the places they worked on were cleaned before they left and also made sure we understood everything they did and also that we were aware of the steps we need to take after. We've also had our ducts/vents cleaned by Cody and another gentleman (apologies for not remembering the name) and they did a great job in doing everything fast but thorough. We have a 120lbs shedding dog and our vents are in pretty rough shape and we wanted to make sure they were cleaned before winter, and they made sure that was the case.  Scott is the technician who did our leaking faucet. Like the rest who came to our house, he was respectful, fast, and thorough with his job. He fixed and replaced not only our leaking faucet but also made sure all the valves were replaced and working properly as we weren't even aware they were also broken. He gave us advise as to how we can maintain our faucet and valves to last longer and made sure that everything was cleaned before he left. All in all our experience with Arpi's has been exceptional! Their customer service is truly top notch (shout out to Linda who was the initial person to help me figure out and schedule everything we need and all the receptionist and people I've spoken to all throughout) and I already added Arpi's on speed dial for any future works we need.

    Furnace maintenance

    Vanessa arrived early in the window given and was very friendly and efficient. She was thorough in going over her findings and provided a report to me as soon as she finished. She answered all my questions. Would highly recommend her and Arpi’s.

    Furnace Service

    We had Hapte from Arpis out to do our winter service on our furnaces this year. He also did our air conditioners in the spring. He is an extremely thorough and knowledgeable technician who goes out of his way to explain the sometimes complicated workings of our units and make necessary repairs where needed. We will definately be requesting him for our next service with Arpis.

    Furnace Repair and Maintenance

    The Arpi’s technician Vanessa was a pleasure to work with. She arrived promptly for the appointment and immediately got to work diagnosing and repairing our furnance issues. She provided a complete and detailed summary of work done and outstanding repaires to make, and explained the entire process after the work was completed. I would highly recommend Arpi’s and their amazing team! Thank you so much for the quality customer service and work!

    Inspect hvac system and check 3 thermostat controls

    Vanessa came and checked the 3 zone thermostats and the whole hvac system. The actuators were not working so she removed them and changed the system to one thermostat as we requested. She was very thorough and professional answering all our questions as we are new to the house and did not know what had been done to the system. Thank you again.
