    Install new furnaces

    So happy with the service from this company! Came out to do a quote for a new furnace, sent a quote within minutes of being at the house, called the office with some questions- they answered it without any issues. Told them I wanted to go ahead and they booked me in for the next week. Have nothing to complain about, service was amazing. Install team was great, finished around 6:30 pm with no mess in my home. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC services.

    Check life left in the furnace

    I have been using Western Canadian Furnace for several years and have NEVER been disappointed. The technicians have been polite, well informed and respectful. I will have this company replace my ailing and aged furnace!!!

    Furnace and Thermostat Check-up

    Your service man Yuri arrived right on time on Mar 31/21 and was very polite. He checked out our thermostat then did a service check on our furnace and cleaned the thermocouple. Now the furnace is working smoothly after he replaced the filter. He was very courteous and professional, thanks for a job well done.

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    The two young gentleman arrived at the time promised (always a plus) They were both very polite and friendly at the end of the project ,the job site was left clean and tidy

    Furnace humidifier repair

    Our furnace humidifier quit working during the coldest week this year. The humidity in the house went down to 20, so lots of electric shocks when touching light switches, etc. I called Western Canada Furnace and they booked me in the same day. The technician (Yuriy) was very knowledgeable and friendly and he solved the problem quickly. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

    Weekend Furnace Repair

    Woke up Sunday Feb 14 and furnace wasn't working. It was -29 outside and just about that cold inside. Called Western Furnace. They had a slot at 3:00 p.m. I booked it and was quoted $198 would be charged for the service call. Maintenance arrived on time, diagnosed oroblem right away and did a temporary fix on it so I could get heat. Furnace required a new belt. He out a belt on and said he'd be back on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) with a belt for the make and model of my furnace. He advised ther'd be no service charge, just a xharge for the belt ($40.00). He was back on Tuesday and put on the new belt. Maintenance was polite, on time, wore a mask, social distanced. Was exceptionally hapoy with the quick and friendly service. Highly recommend this Company.

    Water Heater Repair

    Our water heater stopped working during the recent cold storm. We called out on the best team in town (Western Canadian Furnace) and they were able to send someone out the same day to fix this issue. The rep who came out took less the 15 mins to diagnose and fix the problem. We’ve been very pleased with every time we’ve had to reach out to this company. They are very professional, friendly and prompt. Thank you Western Canadian Furnace team!

    Furnace Installation

    So happy with the service from this company!     Vent cleaning

    They booked very quickly and cleaned our dryer vent, which was on a steep roof. Technician was very nice and accommodating and the Company was extremely nice to deal with.

    Furnace clean, tankless water install

    Booked the annual furnace clean and Mike was awesome. On-time, professional and let us know our humidifier filters were way old so replaced on the spot. Also let us know our hot water tanks were 14 years old and recommended a tankless system, which we had installed a week later. All of the installers were professional and great to deal with. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
