The technician that came over (Ken) had an extremely poor attitude. When asking technical questions, he would respond with, "it's not working", and when further questioned, he would mention "what you don't trust me?" The whole exchange with him was a complete frustration, but the worst was yet to come when questioning the bill. His voice knob turned to 11, and my whole family could hear him barking across the hall. He still wouldn't shut up despite me pulling out my credit card and signing. This is the first and last time I'll be in touch with this company. Ken was unreliable and unresponsive. He was 9 hours late when he promised he'd return after 4. A simple phone call would've been nice? Stay out of our home forever.

I had a new furnace and humidifier installed by Fagnan's. Fagnan's really knew what they were talking about and were the only company to suggest a condensation pump. This eliminated a pipe on the floor which would have been a tripping hazard. John and Dave did a great job on the installation! Highly recommended.

The ignitor on my 20 year old furnace finally conked out. We also have had repeated issues with the flame detector and knew that would need to be replaced soon. I phoned Fagnan's at about 8am and they were here before 11 and finished by 12. The charge was under the exorbitant quotes I had received from other companies last year. The HVAC specialist's name was Igor; he was very polite and punctual, left no mess in the basement or anything, and was extremely clear about what he needed to do to fix the furnace and what the charges were for. He did not waste any time and we did not end up having a huge time charge. I will definitely call Fagnan's again for duct cleaning and other services.

My furnace ECM fan wouldn't start without a "push" to get it turning. Called around for a replacement part. Fagnan's price was the best, and they were willing to sell the part to me directly. I dropped by their office to purchase the replacement motor and was able to do the repairs! The furnance has worked great ever since!

Very professional installation, attention to detail and took time to explain the workings of my new product. Clean & took everything away when complete. They also service my furnaces & air conditioning. Highly recommended !

Fagnans Furnace is AMAZING! I love that it's a family run business. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they try everything in their power to fix your furnace for the best price. I will always recommend this company!

We recently had Fagnan's to install our new furnace and hot water tank. I have only positive things to say about everyone we've dealt with including the owner Ken. We had 5 quotes and we chose them based on their long standing customer services and so far they have exceeded our expectation and have already recommended them to friends.

Actual workers were excellent. The owner/president, Ken, was not. When he gave me the quote for the new furnace I specifically asked him that there would be no "hidden extra costs" from what he wrote on the quote. He said no he doesn't work that way. I also said our current humidifer was working fine and didn't need a new one so just hook it up to the new furnace. I was then charged for some custom work as well as a new humidifier even though on the quote it specifically says "same humidifier". Unfortunately my husband paid the whole bill when the workers were leaving without looking at the original quote. When I got home and called and questioned Ken about these 2 issues he said the custom work was included in the price of the moving of the furnace even though we ended up not moving the furnace cause the workers said it was too difficult. Ken then said the workers asked my husband 2x if we needed a new humdifier and that he said yes. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE AT ALL!!! Neither my husband or myself were asked, and when I asked one of the workers themselves when he came back the next day to install a cold air return vent he said it was a miscommuication between the office and them and that I need to talk to Ken about it. Ken said we signed the final bill and paid in full so he's not giving us a refund.

Very prompt and courteous service. I had called around to many companies that were more focused on sales rather than service. Came in and did the work without giving the homeowner any headaches. Recommended to friends already!

Dave, our service provider was very professional and up front with what needed servicing. He was timely on his appointments and did a quality job on getting our A/C back up and running again. I would certainly recommend Fagnans to anyone else.
