Recently my wife and I bought a bungalow that has all teh executive feature but one. We called Kyle at Fagnans and set up an appointment. Kyle came to our house on time and gave us a great quote. Once the quote was accepted we set an install date. Mike and Mike arrived again on time and did the install so well you couldn't tell they were there.They took the time to show us how the unit worked, gave us a cover for the winter. Now for those really hot days in the summer all we have to do is flick a switch and avoid those that don't have A/C.

Keith was very knowledgeable and did great work. Very professional and honest. He was also able to give us hints to lower or power/gas bills (filter type to use). Thanks

I hired Fagnan's to replace 2 furnaces in my revenue home, the price was competitive, The 2 men installed both of them in 7 hours, The furnaces worked great. The crew covered all floors to protect them when they removed the old ones. 2 years later I had them replace 1 furnace in my home.

Both the customer service and the job was done on time and in a friendly efficient manner. They were great and did everything they said they would. Also they pointed out extra things I could do to save money and lower my heating costs. I would definetly not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

In dealing with Fagnan's I found their offcie staff to be very proffessional and easy to deal with. The field people were well organized and effcient. The workmanship was good and passed the gas inspection with flying colours. When the inpector showed up and saw Fagnan's had doen the work his whole attitude chaged for the better.

The pilot light on our upstairs furnace kept going out. I called another company who could not come out for 10 days, but then remembered to look at the sticker on the furnace and saw that we'd had Fagnan's do the service a few years back. I called and they promised to come the same day, which they did. The service man was very thorough and explained clearly what he was doing. The furnace now works well and has stayed lit.

Workmanship was very good. If you are not experience with new products, you must request their best technician, and you also must confirm what was done. They will come back to fix their mistakes (no extra charge).

Took the day off work to wait for furnace guy to come and get the furnace running again but didn't show up until 5:30 and then didn't have the right part so had to take the next morning off work and then had to also pay for p/u of the part which I didn't think was fair as I told the person on the phone exactly what the problem was and what kind of furnace I had. The fix was completed and all is well now. (knock on wood).
