The team was courteous, fast and efficient. they even cleaned up all the gunk that came out of the old gutters.I highly recommend them.

Our home and detached garage is approx. 30 years old. Our gutter system was leaking at all corners and not level anymore. This caused ice build-ups in the winter and also slippery pavements underneath the corners. Downspouts were also no longer aligned correctly. We got a few estimates, some companies offered to replace and reseal all joints/corners but keep the existing gutters system. Bob at WeatherGuard gutters recommended replacements as the gutters were at the end of life timeframe. Bob came onsite at the arranged time and provided an overall estimate for the project. He also provided recommendations on whether Gutter Leaf guards were required or not and the benefits of Leaf Grabbers on the down spouts were also beneficial. We do not have too many trees around our property, so Bob did not recommend the Gutter protectors. Bob is a pleasant individual who knows his profession. He did not try to pressure sell or up sell us on certain aspects of the project. A free written estimate was provided in a timely manner. We decided to do the recommended complete replacement of the gutter system, as the overall cost was reasonable as compared to the replacement of corners and resealing. Bob booked a date soon after the acceptance of the work order. We were happy that the date was only 1 week after we accepted. Once again a timely installation. On that day, the two individuals, Ryan and Bryce arrived onsite at 7:30 am and started their work. Ryan is a perfectionist in all that he does while Bryce is the main installer/removal expert. Ryan makes recommendations, provides experienced suggestions, adds extra suggestions and explains each step of the install process. Things like adding an extra downspout location, sloping the gutters so that the water can drain, adding extra braces to hold the gutters, using stainless steel screws (no rusting) and recommending that the downspout top filters were not required were very valuable as this allows the leaves to wash down and then be captured by the Leaf Grabbers. Leaf Grabbers are at the level where they can easily be accessed and cleaned. From arriving onsite, to the completion and removal of the old gutters, Ryan & Bryce did an amazing job. Both were friendly and very detailed oriented. I like the comment that Ryan made at the end of the installation. I had asked if they were off to another job, Ryan said they do the installation job right the first time and are not rushed into another job. This tells me that they do not cut corners in the installation projects. Once everything was complete, Roxane Office Account Payable, contacted me regarding payment. She is very friendly and personable. Payment went smoothly. I did further contact her on another question to which she answered promptly. Very efficient and professional job done by WeatherGuard Gutters Inc. I have already recommended Bob and WeatherGuard Gutters to 2 of my friends.

It was great pleasure to deal with Weatherguard company. We needed to paint trims on our house and replace gutters. The work was organized to remove old gutters first, then painting, so new gutters were installed on fresh paint. Weatherguard handled this perfectly: the work completed as scheduled in short period of time. Ryan and Ryan made exceptional work. Ryan explained and fixed gutters problem on front of our house, we dealt for years. Professional, diligent, well organized, courteous. We’re very happy with results and highly recommend this company. efficient quoter but didn't fill out the work order correctly apparently so part of the job wasn't done on the day (which was several weeks later, quite a wait which wasn't indicated at the time guards ordered) and had to call office to get crew back to complete the job. Crew moved heavy planter out front onto lawn (didn't replace, too heavy for me to move and had to get help from neighbours) and disrupted watering system, left gate open both times (I have a dog) and stated that my gutters were clean enough and didn't need cleaning - when I pointed out a fairly sizeable debris ball they reluctantly removed it. Priority seemed to be getting out of here as fast as possible. Pleasant though in interactions. The office then overbilled me (check with your quote!) and were right on top of demanding payment (phoning to find out why I hadn't paid 4d after the work was complete). I discussed with quoter prior to ordering guards my concerns re: installing Xmas lights on gutters after guards were put on and directed to a website for hooks that worked with guards. Although that company no longer sells them, located same at Amazon and ordered some - yup, they don't work. Out $50 for recommended hooks, don't fit the holes in these gutter guards. Summary: happy to be done with gutter cleaning, but this is a budget company with too many service problems as outlined. There must be better ones out there, look around.

I was very impressed with the work done by this company . The work was done very professionally and the two men ( John and Brian ) did excellent work . They were very communicative and friendly , and fought through the wasps that were not impressed with the new construction. I would highly recommend this company .

I have used Weatherguard Gutters on a number of occasions and they are a great company for all your gutter and downpipe needs. Their work is clean and deficiency free every time. Not only do they do a great job, but they are a good group of guys as well.
