Dishonest. Said they came- didn’t and I had video to prove they didn’t come. I emailed and got no response. I called and they said they would call me back. No response so a week later I called again. Person on phone said they were busy and was very condescending. I said i was obviously taking up too much of her time and said not to bother coming if so busy and canceled. Office manager called back to again explain how busy they are and took no responsibility for not responding to email or my call. Then she ended up yelling when I pointed out it seems dishonest when they invoice for work not done and not following up. They are very busy with gypsey moth outbreak so don’t inconvenience them by calling now.

Beswick Tree Service.......efficient, SAFE and timely Definitely a 5 star review is warranted. The expertise, safety and skillful ability of the crew was evident from the get go. A precarious 24 inch diameter x 30 foot overhang over neighbor's gazebo was safely removed. The extended boom with a man-lift was not an option as surrounding overhead electrical utility wires and distance to access the site prevented the use of the boom. The only option was block and tackle and rope and the expertise of the lead trimmer strategically planning out the course and safely proceeding. Neither surrounding property was affected other than the flakes of sawdust that were cleaned upon completion. Every section that was cut was dropped safely and slowly into owners yard and disposed of immediately in the shredder and with large limbs loaded onto the truck. Noise was at a minimum. Cleanup was better than satisfactory. Duration of work was timely. A word of advice for the DIY backyard tree trimmers —let these pros at Beswick do the work—the danger and liability to self and property are beyond the scope of the DIY'rs let alone the lack of skill and expertise. I hired this company to cut and remove some over hanging branches. They did the work very quickly and thoroughly and left the work area very clean. They are highly recommended.

They were right on time and did such an efficient job. When done they even swept the driveway of leaves and twigs. I definitely will be calling them again. So good to find someone you can trust! Chuck and Carol Eleveld

We had several Trees trimmed and some Cedar trees lowered. They arrived exactly when they said they would and went about doing the job quickly safely and did a great cleanup after. I will definitely recommend them for tree service.

Called Beswick out for a BIG OL TREE that needed to come down. They came out, gave me a price and were there within a week. I can't believe how quickly and efficiently they can take a tree down, chop it up and haul it away. Great work. I would definately recommend them.

Had my stump removed after large pine tree blew over in May wind storm. Requested at time of booking to get one days notice before arrival. Called with 20 minutes notice. Gas lines were located two weeks prior, so no idea when they would show up. Sprinklers were on the morning they arrived, so my lawn was very wet. Two x 15 foot ruts left in my lawn and two sprinkler heads run over by pickup truck and stump grinder. One was leaking after job complete. Expressed my concerns to Beswick and was told their arborist would call by me by days end. No one called back. I rented a lawn roller to try and correct issue, but the ruts were too deep. Also had to buy six bags of topsoil to fill in the ruts and start the lawn repair.

This company is very professional. Did exactly what was required. Worked quickly to mininize costs. Clean up was looking key they where never there. We have utilized their services multiple times with the same results. Would highly recommend for your needs.

Home star review I had a dead ash tree removed from a mature oak tree. The dead ash had cracked and fallen into the oak during this year’s May storm. Unfortunately I did not inspect the site until after they had left. I felt that they had done an incomplete job, although I appreciated the skill they showed in doing a difficult job. The dead tree was not removed by cutting to ground level as stated in the contract. Brush was left on the top of the ravine. In addition, I was not contacted to see if I was satisfied with the workmanship. I expected more from the top tree service in South Western Ontario ((by CHCH).

The folks at Beswick are true professionals. The owner Dan is very proactive when dealing with his customers and this is greatly appreciated. The arborist Jeff did a fantastic job and had a little bit of follow-up to do and is coming out to do it in a timely fashion. And the price was very attractive compared to the competitors. Thanks to the team at Beswick!
