My GE dishwasher was leaking and the first company I called recommended Combined Appliances. The service provided by Combined Appliances was decent, but the $149/hr labor charge was quite unexpected. It's the first time I've been charged such a rate by any company I've for help with my home

Unfortunately I have a dishwasher that despite being expensive when purchased is a lemon. Unfortunately the extended warranty which I thank my lucky stars I purchased has run out ..it seems to conk out about once per year and last week again it stopped. This time is was the latch on the door plus some misc. parts (plastic) had broken. Now its running and I'm a happy camper.

Combined appliances provided prompt, efficient and friendly service at a competitive price. I sent a digital pic so the repairman ordered and brought the piece. They can repair almost any kind of household appliance with the exception of Miele and others like that.

My husband and I were cooking a thanksgiving turkey in our oven, after 6 hours we figured it was ready. We had invited 6 hungry guests and all of them were waiting and salivating for our piece de resistance! My husband pulled it out and it was barely half cooked! Disaster. We had no clue what could be the problem. My husband thought it might be a fuse, but nothing worked. We phoned Combined appliance and they were very empathetic over the phone. They sent someone over to take a look. It Turned out that some part in the back was faulty and they had to replace it. The repair man was very courteous and promised they would order the part and get it installed as quick as possible. True to their word the part came and was succesfully installed within the week. Thank you Combined appliance for your fast and efficient service.

We were very happy with the excellent service provided by this company. They were timely in calling us back to schedule the service call, showing up and completing the project on time. The repair required two parts, a thermostat and timer and they were very good about getting back to us when the ordered parts had arrived and accommodating our work schedules. The estimate for the repair was accurate as well. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We would call them again.

Too expensive and misleading! They tell you $69 for the service call but don't tell you the hidden extras. I knew what the problem was but they insisted on checking anyway and charged me $40 on top of that. He also charged me $1 for parking - when my apartment had FREE visitors parking. No, the microwave was not fixed. I just paid $125 for a man to confirm what I already knew - a dead magnetron. I am not going to throw good money after bad so I am going to purchase a new microwave combo and have it installed by the company that I will purchase from. What an expensive mistake I have just learned.

This company provided excellent service. They were timely in showing up, and completing the project on time. The project was completed on budget as well. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
