    Fast, friendly and effective!

    They can into our home and were exceptionally courteous and professional. They approached each room with care and left no mess or trace when they were finished. Our ducts were left sparkling and our home smelled clean and fresh. I highly recommend these experts in their field!

    Duct, furnace and dryer vent cleaning - awesome service

    We just bought a townhouse where the owners had pets and the ducts were filthy. Based on reviews here, we booked with Ottawa duct cleaning for duct, furnace and dryer vent cleaning. The guys came out on time, took before/after pictures for us, emailed them, explained everything, protected the floor, worked swiftly and were very helpful. Roger even explained some potential challenges we could have in the future and how we might address them. I have never been happier with a duct cleaning service that these guys. Would definitely recommend. Thanks guys for your help!

    Duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning

    I had hired Ottawa duct cleaning to clean my duct and the dryer vent. They were on time and did a really thorough job and were informative in explain what work are to be done. I am extremely satisfied with the result. Highly recommend.

    duct cleaning

    I would NOT recommend them until they obtain a course in safety training. They set off my fire alarm for over 45 minutes due to carbon monoxide in my home. They positioned the truck so that the fumes filled the house to unsafe levels. Firefighters had to come and air the place out. When questioned they kept telling me not to worry about it and even went so far to try and blame the smoke/carbon monoxide detector that it was possibly defective, battery was put in backwards? It wasn't till they showed up. The Ottawa firefighters reported this incident. The owner was nice enough to reimburse me half the cost. Put me through plenty of stress that I would never use them. Firefighter tried to explain to the owner (Roger) by phone what he should have done. He had left to go to another scheduled appointment. I really hope he takes this matter seriously. All about money and not safety first. The whole purpose to obtain duct cleaning is to feel like your house is clean and safe! Never would I use them or recommend to anyone.

    Duct cleaning

    Wonderful service all around. I felt a difference immediately with the air quality in the house after the ducts were cleaned and disinfected. We took advantage of the summer special. I would recommend this treatment to every home owner with a furnace.

    Duct cleaning and dryer vent connection outside

    I hired them to clean my duct system and connect my dryer vent outside. They return my calls promptly, they were fast, professional, clean and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Good job!

    Dryer vent cleaning.

    Had Ottawa Duct Cleaning in to do a dryer vent cleaning with limited access to the outside vent. However, the crew was efficient, clean and professional. Did a great job and was informative. Highly recommended!!

    Duct cleaning

    Our ducts needed cleaning as they were neglected for years. Roger and his crew came and did a wonderful job. They were professional, courteous, efficient, detailed and very pleasant. Roger also gave us a few tips on the maintenance of our furnace. It was a good experience for us.

    Duct Cleaning done right

    Great job done by the guys. Showed up on time. Received reminder email the day before. All of my questions were answered and the price was right on. No sale pitches and they were very thorough. They even replaced a screw on one of my vents. Would highly recommend.
