    Duct Cleaning

    Derek and Andrew arrived exactly at the time expected. They were friendly, courteous and professional. They took off their shoes in the house, were clean and careful about not making any damage. They worked fast and did a very good job. Great guys!

    Duct Cleaning

    Derek and his team did excellent job to clean up duct at my house. They arrived on time, explained to me how they work work. At the end they also showed me the pictures taken before and after cleaning up. I am very impressed with their work!

    Cleaning Duct work

    Derek, Drew and Ruben did an excellent job in cleaning the ducts in our house. They were professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. They were a whirlwind of activity. Highly recommended.

    duct cleaning

    I have just had an experience with Ottawa Duct Cleaning Inc recently and was really impressed by, not only the professionalism and expertise, but also the kindness and fairness of the owner of the company, Mr. Roger Asselin, showed to his customers. I have a one bedroom rental apartment with duct work that is only for delivering cold air if used in the summer. The tenant requested a duct cleaning and I called the ODCI. To understand the situation, Roger has spent a lot of time, first to discuss with me and then to the tenant, requesting us to send him some pictures of the air registers. When that was not work out, he then, taking from his busy schedule, come to the apartment to do a thorough inspection. Though it is deemed not making any sense for doing a duct cleaning now for the situation, he has honestly told the owner of his judgement and offered the tenant useful tips for good air quality. To me, ODCI is really put costumers’ needs first.

    Duct Cleaning

    Roger with Ottawa Duct Cleaning is very pleasant to deal with, is honest and cares about his business. Although his price was above some of the other quotes received by competitors, the estimate was all inclusive with no surprises. It was well worth it, as a team of three employees took their time to ensure the job was well done. One of the employees was very knowledgeable and took pictures of the before and after. We appreciated that these pictures were made available to us by email to keep for our records. The crew was very mindful of our belongings, did an excellent job at cleaning our ducts, leaving them in good condition and sealing holes that had been improperly closed from previous duct cleaners. We would highly recommend this company and will use their services in the future if needed.

    Duct cleaning

    I moved into my house 2 years ago and didn't know when the ducts had last been cleaned. I decided to use Ottawa Duct Cleaning based on the reviews here. And I'm so glad a did. The three workers (Derek, Drew, and Ruben) were friendly and courteous and did a great job. They arrived when expected and were very efficient. They showed me before and after pictures of my vents. My dryer vent was so clogged you couldn't really see into it! After all the work was done, the workers cleaned up and you'd never know any work had been done. Will definitely use them again!

    Duct Cleaning

    Fantastic from first phone call to end of job!!! Derek, Ruben and Drew are very polite and friendly. Work was done beyond expectations! I highly recommend this company and these young men to any home that is seeking Duct Cleaning.

    Duct Cleaning

    Had these guys in to clean my ducts. The before pictures were frightful! They pulled up on time, were courteous, and efficient. I will be sure to recommend to any friends looking to have their ducts cleaned.

    Duct cleaning

    Derek, Ruben, and Drew were very fast and professional with the requested duct cleaning service. They took time to explain what they were doing at different stages. I felt that the money I spent was worth the quality of work.

    Duct cleaning - 35 register/air return house

    Our first duct cleaning experience (we emigrated to Canada from a country where it's all water pipes and radiators) was excellent. We researched into duct cleaning and narrowed it down to two suppliers. One appeared large and one smaller. We exchanged Q&A by phone and email and found the large company employed people reading from scripts answering questions. Clearly high quality people and well written scripts, but you knew you were not talking to the engineer but the oily rag instead. The small company, Ottawa Duct Cleaning, added value from the start by providing new and useful advice and info. The rest of the story panned out in the same vein. They arrived when they said they would. The crew were very hard working and neat and clean as a duct clean could conceivably be. They were also very polite and helpful when asked questions. If I moved house and needed duct cleaning again, I would use Ottawa Duct Cleaning.
