Ottawa Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning our ducts and dryer vent. The crew was on time, courteous, and professional. We appreciated their clear explanation of the work that they were doing and the timeliness of their work.

The team came on time. All of them were very professional. Matt the Team Leader explained in great detail and with great patience and answerd all my queries. All the before and after pictures were shown also in detail. Matt personally is a very patient and kind human being and so we're his 2 technicians. The office Manger Caroline is also great and was extremely helpful and flexible. All in all I call it a WOOW 7 star service!!

The technician arrived on time, and explained fully all the details concerning the cleaning of our dryer vent. He was very pleasant, and performed the work most efficiently. He answered all our questions, and provided information for our future reference. Thank you for doing a great job! We certainly will deal with Ottawa Duct Cleaning again in the future.

Matthew and Ruben were a breath of fresh air to deal with. They are hardworking, conscientious and very pleasant young men. They took the time to explain the process. They arrived within the time frame that had been agreed upon and started immediately with getting the work done in a methodical fashion. I would highly recommend Ottawa Duct Cleaning. From scheduling through to the actual duct cleaning procedure, the entire process was excellent. Matt and his team arrived on time and did a great job. It was a pleasure to have them in the house. They instilled confidence that they knew what they were doing, and that they intended to do a good job. They also provided us with before and after pictures which were both interesting and helpful ... and the price was competitive. We will definitely use them again should the need arise
