    Friendly service and a job well done

    Excellent service from the two young gentleman that came to clean our 2nd story dryer duct. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work with a smile. Would definitely recommend.

    Great service!

    Great service! I made an appointment over the phone a few week in advance. They sent me a couple of reminder emails prior to the day. Matt and Devon cleaned all 17 vents, ducts and dryer vent in my house. They were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I am very pleased with the work. My spouse even noticed the change in air quality when he arrived home later that day! *I've attached some very satistfying before and after pictures ;)

    Duct Cleaning

    The technicians arrived within the time frame I was given and proceeded to introduce themselves, confirm what I paid for, explain the process, and began working. Throughout, they were respectful of our home, removing their shoes as needed and took care for the vacuum tube not to scratch the walls. Upon completion, I was shown before and after photos. Very satisfied with the technicians and their work, would highly recommend!

    Ottawa duct cleaning

    The gentlemen who came to the house were very personable. Provided before and after pictures. Time spent to complete work was approx 1.5 hours. They were clean, efficient. Very pleased.

    Great Service, OK Job

    Ottawa Duct Cleaning cleaned our Dryer Vent. Service was easy to organize and they were prompt in their response. Follow up was good. Crew arrived on time and did the job as requested and to our satisfaction. Sadly, a cap on a retaining wall was knocked off by one of the crew during the service call. This could have been avoided using a ladder but that seems not to have been in the plan. I got an apology but was expecting a more robust response, as in repairing what they broke. Otherwise a good experience and I would use them again, but do a better job of supervision when they are on site.

    Ottawa duct cleaning

    After some renovations, I decided to hire Ottawa Duct Cleaning. They were reasonably priced, did the work on-time and I was impressed with the two gentlemen (Matt, and the other guys name is escaping me) that did the work. They were friendly, explained the process, didn't make any mess (took off shoes) and were great at showing before and after pictures. They seemed to enjoy their job and it showed in our interactions. I would recommend using this company.

    Duct Cleaning Residential

    Excellent work with before and after photos for my review. The crew were very polite and explained everything they were going to do before starting. Big thank you to Matt, Spencer and Devan. I now have the cleanest ducts in town!

    Great Service

    This is our second time using Ottawa Duct Cleaning. They are very quick to respond to requests for quotes, promptly give you options for available dates and clear on their pricing. They reminded us the day before the planned service that they were coming and provided us with a smaller time window as to when we should expect them to arrive. They were on time, courteous and friendly. Great overall service and will use them again next time I need my ducts cleaned.

    Duct Cleaning

    Two of the nicest, friendliest and professional staff cleaned our ducts this morning. In addition , Caroline is fast at responding, extremly friendly and prompt aswering any questions or concerns . We would highly recommend this company.

    Great company, from initial booking to final bill. Courteous and professional
