    Front door

    We were having issues with our door latch and lock. The staff that showed up was Very professional. He Showed up early, explained the issue and worked quickly. He was done his assessment and fixed the situation in less than an hour.

    Install of new keyless lock

    Great work and good advice. Marty kept me informed of the progress throughout. Love it!

    Rekey locks.

    Amazing service. I called just to enquire about rekeying my door locks (6 in total). Had a guy out and did them all within 2 hours from initial call. Prices are incredible and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

    lock repair

    Service provided was very professional. Technician was punctual, knowledgeable and polite. Problem was rectified and recommendations made for future. No problem recommending this company at all.

    Lock adjustment on a new door.

    I feel the work was done in a professional and timely manner. From a quick response to my first call for assistance to the instilation of a new lock I was pleased with the service and product.

    Replacing the handles on our front door

    The work was perfectly done and done quickly. More importantly, the service was impeccable. I called asking for help the same day and they were there within an hour or so. The gentleman was very polite, pleasant and tidy as he did his work. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and of the service.

    Locksmith work on front door.

    Replace front door hardware and cut two new keys for a total of four.We were advised that the man would be at our place at 8;00 am and he was.

    Lock re-alignment

    From start to finish my experience NK lock and security was phenomenal. The customer service on the phone was professional and elegant. The service in person was punctual, informative, friendly and professional. The service I received on the phone sold me on the service and I wasn't disappointed! Thank you to Marty and Mike. I will absolutely call on you if I need your services again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
