My neighbor and I decided to build our new backyard fence. We searched around the city and found Rona to be a very competitive store..Their prices were very good and the workers were very helpful , especially in the lumberyard. Our work is now completed and they even took back the extra material I purchased. The best part is that they even offer airmiles...I am now much closer to go on a vacation soon..Yeah! Good jb Rona

General Handyman type of projects, RONA is always able to supply what I need and offer advice when I am stuck :D Staff is most courteous and knowledgeable! Most recently we needed help with some plumbling repair work and came out having saved a lot of money and manhours, that was most appreciated!

I love this location, its my favourite Rona in the city as I have never had an issue with what I need being in stock. I often use Rona's website to find what I want, then I go in an get it. I use this store for all my equipment for my business and cheaper sundries than my contractor pricing with my paint providers. Rona will always be my hardware store because I like to support Canadian business.

I bought tiles from Rona. It is the best place to find all what i need for my entire bathroom renovation tiles. it has a variety of choices was friendly staff .It was very helpful to people who need their help. Overall nice experience!

i wanted to cover my deck and save its longevity..i went to Rona and i got all my supplies ...the price for my supplies were right and the help i got from the assistant was excellent. He not only guided me to my needs but he also showed me How to do the job precisely. They are surely a 'how to' store

Person helping us was quite knowledgeable about the products. We went with a product called trekking which is maintenance free. We have been very happy with this product although it can be slippery when wet especially in the winter

I asked to have thie vanity loaded into my truck. the 2 gentleman who loaded it put it in unsidedown. as the top and sink were attached and not separete, it would have cracked by the time I reached home. I had to tell them to turn it the other

I recently had an experience while shopping in Rona. I found the staff very helpful and willing to help versus other companies that will pass you from associate to associate. They were able to provide me with options and got me what I needed at a reduced cost to what I was originally looking for. Good company, Canadian sourced.

Purchased replacement windows for my front door. This was a special order for custom glass inserts and the folks at Rona were very helpful. They researched information, alternatives and pricing for me, advised me of the status of the order and called me when it arrived.

I was so glad to find all what i needed to renovate my bathroom. The staff were so kind and showed me around their huge store. I probably would be lost if they didn't help me find the stuff i needed. They also showed me how to use the stuff i bought from them. I would definitely recommend this store to others
