This company, to put in simple words, SUCKS! The guy came and cleaned my 2000 sq ft house in under 30 mins. I had to go and spot slean all the spots they missed. I tried calling the company several times, as did my husband. They never have gotten back to me. When my husband called they told him they came back on the following Friday, and spoke with me. A complete fib.Very unprofessional. Will NEVER use them again and will never recommend them.

We received absolutely awesome services, they were upfront with all costs associated with my carpet cleaning and furnace cleaning. Professional men that came to my home and very cordial. They set up the Furnace cleaning first then the carpet cleaning crew came in after to clean my carpets. Happy with the service provided they did a great job. Will use them again.

Worst performed job I have ever seen, have videos and pictures after their "cleaning". Wish i had been home when they came, Wife was home but she didn't really pay attention. At least they had good manners (when I spoke with them on the phone and wife told me so about the techs), that's why I give one star, otherwise would have been zero. The main reason I called them was because the Dryer vent was almost completely plugged so it didn't dry much. After their "cleaning" the duct was exactly de same as if they didn't do anything. I could tell the walls were still dirty and the plug was still there. Also, renovated the washroom on the main floor, so I knew there was dust/debris in the vent, checked after their "cleaning" and all that dust/debris was still there. Called them to have money back but they said not possible. Asked them to come again which they agreed and the guy said someone would call me back to set up and appointment. Someone called back but couldn't catch the phone so they left a voicemail (have baby twins so I'm usually quite busy). I admit I forgot to call back but they simply showed up at my place and we weren't home. Have never seen people showing up at your place without you confirming you are available. Wife called back and they gave us a new appointment to come redo the house, but they NEVER showed up. I would say I deserve half my money back at least, they can keep half for attempting to do the job.

Terrible. Carpets are cleaned annually, so they are in good shape, but Seel did not get them clean. All furniture and other items were removed from the rooms where carpets were being cleaned- one small toy stuffed animal fell (unnoticed by me), and was on the carpet. The technician cleaned AROUND it, too lazy to pick it up. Also, the only company of 3 I've used who wouldn't include a small (3ftx5ft) area rug for free.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a few spots that they never got out but I guess some stains are not possible to remove. Overall I was pleased with the job they did.

Jason was Super polite and knowledgeable- knew what I was already quoted, did an assesment and offered some suggestions, but in no way was he trying to "up-sell" or make me feel uncomfortable, it was all up to me and it was great! My carpets look fantastic and it was all done so quick (not stopping to answer text messages and chat with friends- unlike the previous guys)!!  

My regular carpet guy's truck broke down and he recommended Seel because he worked for them 15 years ago. My guy is good and these guys were just as good. This was for my rental property and I needed someone fast. I called late Friday night and they were there by noon on Saturday. They weren't already focused on hurrying to the next job when they were there to do mine. They went through each room with me and advised me what they could do with each stain and dirtier areas and "listened" to what I wanted. They took the time to do it right. It was exactly what I expected when they were done. I wasn't disappointed at all. Real honest caring people from the people who answer the phone to the person who does the job. People who understand.

Great company, recommended to me through a friend. Had great package pricing with savings of 100.00 that included furnace and carpet clraning. they were very thorough with the cleaning and impressed with the furnace cleaning as previous company did not go through the cleaning extent like Seel did. I had both my furnace and carpets cleaned the same day worked out well. Great customer service and would use and recommend.
