We had the pleasure of working with the Granite Guys for our new home. They are a local family run business; we have the good fortune to meet several of the family members. They were extremely helpful every step of the way, from choosing, to install and after service. Would definitely recommend.

our kitchen counter installation was a small job but these guys treated it like we were just as important as a big job. They are true professionals and their work was amazing. I have received nothing but compliments on our counter tops. I would highly recommend this company for your next renovation.

We recently replaced our kitchen countertops and selected the Granite Guys based on the excellent reviews on Homestars. The experience with their sale person was very positive. She provided very useful tips, helped us select the quartz and provided prompt responses to our queries. However, we did encounter various issues with the installation. First we were notified late that it was delayed by approx. 2 weeks. Then they forgot to notify us of the new installation date and we only found out on the day after we contacted them for an update !!! The crew arrived late (around 3pm), struggled to remove our old countertops and were clearly preoccupied by the time at which they would be going home. They broke several wall tiles (which was not entirely their fault since our old countertops were heavily nailed), scratched our existing cabinets, omitted caulking along various joints (including a large gap where shims were used) and poorly secured the sink with a metal strap. We ended-up buying a new strap and replaced it ourselves since we did not feel that using the sink would be safe. The Owner came for an inspection a 5 days later with the good intent of fixing any outstanding issues. Unfortunately, this was too late and we had spent the week-end working on our kitchen ourselves (painting, caulking) in order to be able to use it asap. Overall we felt disappointed that the installation did not go as well as it could have. We are happy with our countertops but I would not rate this company as well as others have.

From the moment we went through the door to the day of arrival of the countertops, The Granite Guys were very professional and courteous. We walked through their product and chose our countertop right there. They provided dates for templating and installation. They arrived on time and very efficient. We cannot be more happier with our decision to go with The Granite Guys. Thank you so much.

We are very happy with our titanium granite counter!! Tammi was super helpful from the first day we entered the store and we got great advice from Felipe as well. The templaters and installers were awesome and were so helpful with any questions we had. Thanks so much for for everything!!

I like to thank Ruben & his staff for making are bathroom reno's that much easier. They took the time to show use so may option that help us out to determine the counter we wanted. I would recommend them to ever one with out any hesitation. Thanks again for your help. Frank & Judy

We love the look and form of our Pearl bathroom sink purchased from and installed by The Granite Guys while they also installed our gorgeous granite counters! When we noticed a reoccurring stain that slowly become more difficult to clean after only having this sink for less than a year, we were curious. After cleaning this stain yet another time, we could see a tiny black squiggly line that almost looked like a hair through a strong magnifying glass. The red stain would reoccur at this place. We were so pleased that when we contacted Amanda from the Granite Guys with our concern and pictures of the stain and the hairline crack Amanda was on our side and Pearl stood by their product by supplying a new sink and The Granite Guys managed to replace our bathroom sink and did a fantastic job! We give the Granite Guys 10/10 for both quality and service! Gail and Bernie

I just called this morning asking if someone brings in some granite of their own and needed a cut to be done out of it, do they do it?; the response was yes but no as their blade was broken. I had asked again if generally if they do it, and again it was yes but no. Been laughed at the same time, such an amazing customer service!! I am also putting the same review on homestars. Best word of advertisement is with the word of the mouth!!! Also, we had submitted an email requesting for the same info and never heard back.

The Granite Guys are such an amazing company to deal with. From the initial process of picking out my granite, the ladies at the front were so helpful and their suppliers were so easy to deal with when I went to the warehouse. The guy who came to do the templating was great and had a lot of patience to answer all my questions and make me feel so comfortable with the process. He explained everything and left me detailed notes on what I needed to do before the install. On the day of the install, three guys came as I have a smaller entrance and there were punctual, nice and very friendly. I was unable to do one of the tasks they required and they were more than helpful in getting it done for me to make my countertop look great. They worked hard and kept me informed throughout the whole process. My countertop looks fantastic and you can't even tell where the seams are unless you knew. For my next renovation, I will not hesitate to call them again.
