Exterior Doors
The staff from Amberwood Doors were prompt professional and very easy to work with. For all scheduled appointments the staff came on time and left no mess. After the doors were installed we have had neighbors stopping by to compliment us . The doors themselves are very solid and we feel quite secure.

Excellent product and service
Amberwood doors sold us a custom mahogany door with side lights and a custom carving feature on the outside. We love it. Installation went smooth; guys were friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. NO damage to our walls or floor in the process. We had a small issue with the lock on the door and they were there first thing the next day to adjust it - great service. Businesses that care after they have your money are hard to come by and this company does.

Quality and expertise that is what you get when you choose an Amberwood door. We are thrilled with our new front door it is gorgeous. From the very first contact with Amberwood we were given gold star assistance in each of the steps, from the selection process right through til we closed our new installed - flawlessly installed - door. Front door lock immediately resolved through Ken.
My front door lock was not locking. When I called Amberwood Ken answered and immediately suggested I take a video of how the lock was operating. After I sent it to him he informed me that he and his team including the technician would examine the issue. The technician was sent the same day. The problem was fixed. Great service. Just a great company to work with
We hired Amberwood for the installation of a new entry door system that required the reconstruction of the existing entrance. When the door arrived we were impressed with the quality and the workmanship. However the installers needed to make some unanticipated changes at the last minute to complete the installation resulting in some repair work. Amberwood took care of everything and were absolutely fair in doing so. If my situation was an example of how seriously they take client care. I would recommend them without question. Front Door Replacement
Rick and his team provided exceptional service from start to finish. Our new door has truly transformed the look of our home and we continue to receive compliments from friends and family. Beautiful craftsmanship that will last decades. Thank you Amberwood!

refinished door
We had a new door installed by Amberwood doors in 2012 It was beautiful an no complaints there. IN 2021, they sent a flyer around offering refinishing, and since it had now been some time we thought it was a good idea. However, the subcontractor didn't do a good job and the finish looked terrible after one season. I am happy to report that Amberwood took our door away again and refinished with no further charge and now it looks as good as new- happy to have it back to how it looked when we first got it installed and with their willingness to fix the problem. Many of my neighbours have had Amberwood custom doors installed at my recommendation, they are great for older houses where a standard door might not fit. I highly recommend them.

Front Door Entry System
We recently had a new front door entry system installed by Amberwood Doors and are extremely satisfied. After looking at various options to replace our existing front door system we discovered Amberwood and decided to meet with them based on their very positive reviews. We met with Rick who offered us various design possibilities and options with respect to door style, hardware, sidelights and upper transom. Rick was very patient as we worked through multiple options. Amberwood works with Miliano Design to provide custom ironwork in the sidelights and transom. We had the opportunity to work with Miliano and Amberwood to create a custom look that was very appealing to us. Covid extended the design and production schedule somewhat but Rick kept us fully informed as to the progress. During this time we also spoke with Colin the owner and Jesse in Operations who were both extremely helpful in answering our questions. When the time came for installation the team of Ray, Jacob and Joel arrived and performed the install in a very timely and flawless manner. They answered our questions and worked very well as a team. In summary we were very impressed with the professionalism, workmanship and quality of the entire Amberwood team. Our new door entry system looks spectacular and we are very happy we chose Amberwood. Doors that everyone wants - truly amazing !!
We have built our own home and when it came to choosing the type of doors we wanted to represent who we were and how it was going to express the passion in our build .. we were truly lucky to have found Amberwood .. they amplified our expectations ! We had history in the style we wanted that meant so much to us and Amberwood did it. They are truly "custom" doors. Doors that bring the feel of comfort, warmth and beauty to our home that we can honestly say they have added a final touch to our home. We have a gorgeous 2 door front entrance and stunning bifold walk out dining patio doors in solid wood. Stunning to say the least. Everyone wants these doors and can't help themselves to want the same for their home. I refer them to only the best ... Amberwood. Thank you so much for making ordering our doors so special and truly helping us complete our dream home !!

Great service after the sale!
Amberwood installed our new front door 3 years ago. The unit has 4 glass panes above the door along with sidelights. Our entrance is beautiful and we have Amberwood to thank for creating and installing it. Several months ago I noticed a fog inside the glass panes likely from broken seals. Rick was our sales rep and said the glass was covered under warranty and that they would be replaced right away. He put me in touch with Jesse who looks after service calls. His crew showed up early and replaced all 4 glass panes. What impressed me is how painstakingly careful they were when removing the old glass and scrapping off the old caulking. They were careful not to damage the door, frame or anything around where they were working. They did a spotless clean up before leaving. You can judge how good a company is by how they service you AFTER the sale. Amberwood is the best in their industry!
