Worst company ever. From the management to workers. The blue print person for closet screwed it so bad. Our closet ended up with wrong size boxes and the cabinet doors didn’t match they were different. Worst job ever and then manager refused to do anything

Got a wall full if mirrors done, the mirrors were stained and after calling repeatedly requesting someone to fix it, it's only a chase and NO response whatsoever. Definitely won't be using their services for our next project.

Had a shower door shatter when not in use that came from them. Had to pay for replacement. Installers said they use much better glass now? Then they came back to replace the bottom broken frame that they had off for repair and put back down? And had to pay for another callout....due to por workmanship and sudstandard materials. Will not use again.

The shelving would have been nice however they drilled into and shorted our electrical and didnt have the decency to tell us. We had to get electrician in and spend money to get proof they drilled into the live wire. When we showed proof, they didn’t own up to anything or give compensation or anything! Now we have to spend more money to fix their error ?

Closets were supposed to be installed on a Tuesday between 1-3... Nobody showed up by 3:20pm so I called. Receptionist said she'd call the installers and call back. 4pm I called her back, as she did not call me back. She said "what, they aren't there yet? let me call again and see". She called back 2 min later saying one of the installers got a fracture of some sort and was in the hospital (her voice seemed a bit suspicious)... Wouldn't you think they'd give the installers contact information? Rescheduled for Thursday between 10-11am. They did not show up by 11:30am, I called and she said they'd be another hour... The receptionist never once apologized. The installers finally came at 1:35pm. They wanted a break when they got here so they didn't start actually start installation until 2:30pm. The guys were friendly but they did not clean up after installation. Some edges of the closets are chipped or scratched. Took 2 guys 2.5 hours to install 5 closets.

This was a warranty replacement of a shower door onour new condo. We found the scheduler to be quite helpful and our technician went above and beyond by tuning up both our shower glass doors. There was a slight materials blip when a wrong sized door was delivered, corrected with courtesy and professionalism. They arrive on time and do excellent work. Thank you Rahul Glass.

We had a custom closets installed when we built our home in 2003, however they were poorly installed, the racks were falling off the wall and just not functional. We then met Rahul from Rahul Glass Ltd. from the first meeting, the design and installation was superb. I feel that we got good value for the dollars we invested. A low price often costs more in the long run. So in a nut shell. The quote was accurate, the design perfect and functional, work superb, on top of that they are great guys. Thanks!

This was absolutely the most outstanding work we had done to our new house. The gentleman was professional and knowledgeable about the products. Carried out the job flawlessly and billed us per the estimate. An absolute peach.

The company is highly professional. The installers are well qualified and take care of each minute aspect of workmanship while they are on job. They handle the material with caution and safety. They provide value for money in their services.
