Ken and crew have been cleaning windows of our two-story home for five to six years including basement windows, skylight and screen doors.More recently they have cleaned our eves troughs showing us a camera shot of the completed job.We have been able to recommend them to several friends and neighbours for reliability and courteous service

They were referred to me by a colleague and even tho it was a last minute request they got it done before a photo shoot we had already scheduled. Great work, fair price and excellent service !!!

Had used this company for years when after the last cleaning I noticed the next day that several windows were scratched. When I contacted the owner he came right away to look at the problem and said he was not responsible. He refused to acknowledge that he caused the damage and became aggressive and raised his voice at me. As we continued the discussion he mentioned that another client also accused him of scratching her windows. When I pointed out that perhaps something sharp was caught in his cleaning rollers he became more angry. At that point I ended the conversation as I was concerned about his threatening nature towards me.
