I liked that WAV actually scheduled a day for me, unlike others that just gave me a range. They came on the appointed day, but due to a miscommunication (of which I definitely shared in the blame), a couple of windows were missed. I emailed to figure out what happened and promptly got a call back and they insisted on coming back first thing the next day (which is quicker than I needed). They showed me more in rectifying this situation than they could have if it had all gone right in the first take. I've got a tall house and the high floors were no problem for them. I'll certainly use them again. Very impressed.

Ken and his team are terrific. This is the second consecutive year What A View Window Cleaning service has cleaned our eaves troughs. This year we also asked them to clean the outside of the eaves troughs - what a difference it makes to the overall look of the house. We have consistently found Ken to deliver a high level of customer service and commitment do doing a great job. Thank you!

Prompt, courteous and competent. Communications with office excellent. Cleaned exterior windows for last three years. Highly recommend. We are in Toronto, have a large and tall house and they have no problem with ladders or job as a whole.

I am very happy with the job these guys did cleaning our eavestroughs. They were able to schedule the work in a reasonable amount of time, showed up on time, were courteous, efficient and clean. They did a great job. I won't hesitate hiring them again or recommending them to others.

I have a number of rental houses from Toronto to Oshawa all with large trees in the yard. Ken is able to work with me on scheduling on getting the gutters cleaned as the trees finish loosing their leaves. Ken provides pictures of job when it is done. This year I had a soffit that was dropping and the guys quite happily secured it for me. Thanks Ken and crew for helping keep my maintenance of the houses quick and easy.

Spoke to Ken to get a quote to clean my eaves. Great communication, clarity in scope, easy to schedule and arrived early even. Great job all around, everything was clean and spotless. Used someone else before and they never flushed the gutters as well as What A View did. Really diligent in their work. Will use these guys again going forward and will recommend to others. Wish all trades were like this.

My large 3 storey Victorian house did not have its windows cleaned for a few years. After contacting What a View Window Cleaning, I received a very reasonable estimate for cleaning all interior and exterior windows and removing aluminum storm windows to clean both sides and reinstalling them. After agreeing to have this done it occurred to me that the eavestroughs also needed to be cleaned so I added this in the last minute. Ken and co-worker showed up as planned and initiated the job in a timely manner. They did not mind my playful German Shepherd dog in the backyard and completed their tasks. After coming home from work I could not believe the amazing result. Looking out through the windows was as if there was no glass or screen at all - completely clear throughout the whole house. Pictures of the clean eavestroughs were sent per email. As there was not enough time for another official estimate that would have included the cost of cleaning the eavestroughs, I was pleasantly surprised to find the added amount was less than what I had paid previously for doing only the eavestroughs. Consequently Ken ended up cleaning the inside and outside windows for a rental house that my wife was managing as well. In short this company does an outstanding job at a reasonable price.

Ken & his team are professional, efficient, and did an excellent job on my gutter & downpipes cleaning; the processes are contactless due to covid-19 . I received the photos by email after work is completed . Definitely will use this company again and highly recommend their services.
