    Roof Repair

    I had an emergency roof repair issue. Called some company recommended by a friend of mine. Those guys put me in hold for 2 days, didn’t return back my several calls even I mentioned it’s really an emergency issue as there was a big hole in the roof. I searched internet and found Affordable Quality Roofing as a very highly recommended company. Just called these guys, they show up in 30 minutes for damage and cost estimation, and fixed the roof exactly in next day. Even though I expressed that it’s an emergency issue, they didn’t get any advantage of my situation and asked for a very fair amount for doing the job. Thanks guys, I already recommended you to a lot of my friends.

    New Roof & Roof repair

    About 10 years ago we had Affordable reroof our home in Vancouver, just the pitched portion. We were very happy with their work and a few months later we called them back to reroof the low slope, torch-on portion of the roof. It's been over 10 years and it still looks like new! This year we have asked them to come back to work on a small extension to the low slope roof plus add some skylights to the existing roof. We look forward to working with them again.

    Roof

    Looking for a company that takes care of you "the way it use to be?"..giving quality, good price, good service as well as honesty?. Affordable roofing did a fabulous job on my roof..I would highly recommend them. I am on my own, and always worried about being ripped off. I needed the front 1/2 of my 3 dormer roof redone, so not an easy job. So happy that I found a reliable company.

    Roof repair

    We sprung a leak in our concrete tile roof during a hug rain storm. the Affordable crew were quick to respond and within an hour our leak was repaired. Thank you!

    Roof repair

    Terry sent his crew to fix a leak over the dormer window, they tried twice but the roof is still leaking and now they said I need a new roof, I am a bit disappointed that they said they would guarantee the roof that it won't leak but now they said they cannot honour the warranty. Somewhat frustrating.

    New Roof

    After having estimates provided by three other very reputable roofers, I decided to proceed with Affordable to replace my aging roof. They were very professional and provided extensive details and answered all my questions without hesitation. Their crew showed up exactly on time and completed the roof exactly as promised. In addition Affordable noticed some defects which were also addressed and they also painted the chimney stacks at no additional charge which was very welcome and very noticeable. In addition, the clean up was impeccable as there was absolutely no debris or damage done to any portion of the house or landscape. Their staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. I would certainly recommend Affordable for efficiency, quality, professionalism as well as being very very competitive.

    New Cedar Roof

    Terry and his team at Affordable Quality Roofing exceeded my expectations on every level in terms of getting the job done right the first time at the right price. The crew were courteous, professional, committed to their craft and the results were outstanding in terms of the quality materials used and the obvious professional workmanship! I couldn't be happier with the results and would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a quality roofing job done!

    New Roof

    I called Affordable Quality Roofing to replace my 40 Year old Roof and give me an Estimate. They quickly pointed out what need to be done and submitted a list of Material needed and came up with an affordable cost. Thank you Terry to follow up when the roof was finished, that it was done right. Thank you to the Crew for the good work and the cleanup.

    re roofing

    We have recently replaced our old cedar roofing . we obtained three estimates and we chose Affordable Quality Roofing .our first contact with Justin who spent time explaining the details of the work and selection of the material to be used was very helpful. we are pleased by quality of the work and with their attention to details. Mr. Dinmar, the foreman talked to us daily on different stages of the work and paid close attention to our questions.he seems to have special professional pride in his work. Terry the owner came the site ,on the roof, and talked to us during the course the work.the crew cleared the yard carefully at the end of each day of work. generaly, we are very satisfied with AQR and recommend them to our friends and family. They are good people.

    New Roof
