My bf and I brought in a 10ft live edge red oak raw and unfinished piece of wood with the vision of creating a statement dining room table. A little hesitant with the condition of the wood (cracks, water damage, lots of bark) I didn't really know what to expect. Alta Moda turned this already stunning material into a one of a kind table that is absolutely perfect in every way. Gaetano treated it with so much passion and even kept it a bit longer because he was not 100% satisfied with the initial finish. All of the cracks ended up adding character and depth to the piece - absolutely in love!!

After visiting countless furniture stores across Vaughan, I finally found everything I was looking for at Alta Moda. Gaetano was incredibly helpful and offered important insight into making the best use of a small space (condo). He was very patient and provided excellent service. I went to Gaetano to get some chairs for my house after my roommate moved out. I wanted to get something that would last longer than the departing Ikea junk. He was very patient and walked me through all my options and even made a few key recommendations which lead to my eventual decision. After the chairs I decided to head back for a custom desk that was in my mind for a while. He delivered once again. Take away. Exceptional in both cases.

I had been looking for a modern but solid, well-made bedroom set for over 2 years. I ordered through Costco, delivery was made after over 4 mths. I was very disappointed with the quality and returned it. Took 2 months to return and get a full refund. This is when I decided to buy made--in-Canada furniture as I was tired of all the flimsy foreign-made furniture available these days. I search the Canadian Furniture Manufacturers' website, and Alta Moda Furniture here in Toronto. Their factory is on site. I went to their showroom and factory, I saw, I was conquered. Gaetano understood what I style I wanted, he suggested changes to fit my requirements of an additional storage i.e. such as felt-lined hidden drawers added to my dresser; perfect for the storage of precious belongings. He replaced the accessories to make the set look more feminine. My set was delivered today. The delivery guys were on time, fast and efficient. Though a tad bit on the pricey side, I love it. It's is beautiful. Even though it had to be customized, Gaetano delivered it within 4 weeks, as promised. I will be going soon to order a tall-boy to match my set....need I say more? We met Alta Moda at the National Home Show in February. We visited the showroom in July. They were very kind and gave us 10% discount as promised at the Show. We ordered our kitchen table and 4 chairs. Delivered as promised. We recommend Alta Moda to furniture buyers.

Gaetano was very professional and understanding to our needs when looking for the right sectional sofa for me. Although the furniture is a tad on the pricey side, it was well worth the money for this calibre of workmanship and service.
