Had this company over twice and the work was OK. Then the company salesperson Marc A arrived and asked all manner of inappropriate personal questions. He repeatedly asked me if I were married and repeatedly asked me about the ethnic origins of my last name. An independent third party who overheard the questions could not believe what was going on. The most invasive and privacy-violating sales presentation ever. Unacceptable! My advice to anyone who has this "salesperson" is to audiorecord and post it for all of the world to hear. On top of it all, the "salesperson" could not answer the one question I asked about furnaces air conditioners while he was busy interrogating me about matters totally unrelated to furnaces and air conditioners. I have since had two other contractors who actually talked to me about furnaces and air conditioners which was very refreshing plus I now see that the company "salesperson" has very little, if any, technical knowledge hence the need to create inappropriate and unacceptable distractions.

Update July 14, 2015... Reid Heating and Cooling and Lennox have worked together to resolve my on-going issues. I would like to thank the entire Reid team for turning a frustrating problem into a positive experience. Lennox also deserves credit for there efforts and customer support. There's a reason I have dealt with Reid for many years. They work hard to resolve problems, provide customer support 7/24 and don't stop till the consumer is happy. I can't think of many places that provide the level of customer care that Reid Heating and Cooling does. Thank you, Reid and Lennox for your outstanding customer service!

The installers were a group of kids with little experience. They left large gaps in the duct work that I had to tape and ran wires that were left hanging. Very messy looking. They rushed the work to finish by 4 pm because one guy had a date that night. The cold air return fell apart when my wife was wiping some dirt off it. I will never use this company again!

Purchased as part of a package for furnace, air conditioner, electronic filter, and humidifier. The Humidifier was only started in the fall the first time, and it did not work. We waited several months for service. Apparently a module was defective. Probably should ahve been checked at the time of installation.

I contracted Reid Heating and Cooling to install a new gas furnace, and water heater. They were fantastic. The price they quoted was below other estimates, and their price did not change., The work was done exceptionally well. Highly recommend them to my friends and family. Very happy customer>

I employed the services of Reid Heating and Cooling to maintain and repair my old central Air Conditioning unit. They did a great job and it runs better than ever. I think it even saves me on electricity bills because it is now more efficient to run.

Reid's was great. They came on time and did a great job maintaining, repairing and cleaning my gas furnace. Bonus- they also schedule evening appointments for those of us that work during the day.

Reid's provides great service and even better hours - I was able to schedule evening or weekend appointments. I appreciate the flexibility given that I work full time and find it difficult to take time off during the day. Not to mention, the tuneup they gave to my gas furnace and A/C was great!

Initially I was impressed with Reid. They were helpful in providing advice on air conditioners and how they worked. They gave me lots of information without ever pressuring for a purchase. However, in regards to humidifier, I asked for a steam humidifier but they installed a second flow through. They removed my brand new (builder installed) flow through and installed their flow through. I had asked for a steam one to upgrade. my current flow through. When I called to talk to them about this problem, the general manager was belittling "this is all in your mind" "you are only asking for this now because you talked to a different one of your friends". This was the biggest part of the problem. Mistakes can be made but the GM was so incredibly poor at handling the situation.

We had a new furnace and water tank installed by Reid's. They were at the home show and they were very helpful there and the general manager actually did all the preliminary work. We were going to get a high efficiency product but they advised us not to given the structural challenges and we found them honest and not pushy. They also cleaned our ducts as well.
