    Electric Fireplace

    I live in North York but travelled way out of my neighbourhood to buy my fireplace at Hearth Manor. The staff were customer-focused and knowledgeable. I had been to three other fireplace stores and was either ignored, given wrong information or treated with indifference. One store quoted a price that was $400 (!) more than the previous store for the same model. Another store was willinge to sell me a fireplace but had no one who was able to deliver or install it for me. I called Hearth Manor with a few questions and they returned my call promptly with helpful answers. It was worth the drive out to Mississauga and I am looking forward to lots of warm, toasty evenings in front of my new fireplace thanks to Hearth Manor.

    Fireplace

    From taking down the monster gas unit and chimney we had to installing the new chimney and unit to carting away the old equipment and quickly addressing the few things we had to look at after the installation, Hearth Manor did it all and did it professionally and efficiently. Their service was wonderful and we will use them again and recommend them without hesitation.

    Fireplace

    Purchased fireplace in early 2013. Staff was very pleasant and helpful during purchase. Deposit, and final payment was paid promptly on order and installation date. During installation (April 2013), it was determined the main board was malfunctioning, and needed to be replaced. After replacing the main board (cc 1 month later), and initial burn on the same day, paint started to peel off on main glass door. Requested to have the door replaced as part of warranty. Had to wait for over 3 months to have the issue resolved. Voicemails were not returned, agreed schedules to replace door were constantly missed with poor excuses given. Finally, after loosing patience and advising further actions will be taken if problem is not resolved, a tech came and fixed the door.

    BBQ

    Liz and Jessica and all the staff at Hearth Manor are a pleasure to deal with. Liz was very helpful with my final choice of the BBQ that I purchased. I will be reccomending my friends and family members if when they decide to purchase a BBQ.
