Tom, the plumber took real good care of us. We had toilets put in, garburator, and dishwasher. You can really tell that integrity means a lot to Tom. He made sure that the job was done in the neatest possible way. No loose wires/hoses under the sink. Very meticulous. I would recommend him to anyone!

My kitchen faucet was loose, losing water pressure, and bits of stuff was crumbling under the sink cabinet. Another company told me that the counter top was rotting and that it would cost at least $1500 and would take 6 to 8 weeks to replace.... which really stressed me out. Salim, from Handyman Connection, came about a half hour early, on an evening appointment, gave me a free written estimate and told me that all I needed was to change the faucet and he also fixed the hot and cold water shut off valves. He completed the work on the same evening of the estimate and meticulously cleaned up afterwards... even bringing his own paper towels. I was so worried about getting ripped-off but Salim has restored my faith in the service industry!

Max (plubmer) and TJ (electrician) were friendly and professional to work with! Quotes were provided quickly and there were no surprises upon final billing. I would definitely recommend working with them!

Max was excellent. He identified a problem that had not been properly identified by two others I had look at my leaky shower problem. (One of the others told me I needed a $7000 bathroom reno to fix the problem.) He fixed it right and without upselling me a whole new shower. I was impressed. Thanks Max!

I required the resurfacing and enlargement of my backyard deck. Part of this project required some unusual and complicated planning and execution. Luckily, the carpenter from Handyman Connection (Ron) was up to the task. I was very impressed and satisfied with his ability to realize my "original" design. My entire family has been thoroughly pleased with Ron's workmanship. I feel that I received excellent value for the cost of the project.

Ben, the craftsman, was very punctual and brought all the necessary products needed to complete the project. He finished in a timely manner and appointment was made to follow up on creation of a patio.

Brian did 4 electrical jobs for us around the us. We are very happy with his work. We've dealt with handyman many times in the past and, overall, have been very happy with their work. Most importantly, when there are problems they deal with the customers in a positive and respectful way to find solutions. I'd recommend them to friends and family for sure!

Steve was the name of this handyman. He did an excellent job building the wrap around stairs on two sides of my hot tub. He made it out of pressure treated 2x4's and 2x6's. Added some small features like a drip groove, which I hadn't expected. The job was done quickly and on budget. A very professional and quality job. Lots of complements from my neighbours. Would use Handyman Connection again and would recommend to others.

The first day John showed up about 30 minutes late with no apology or explanation. The second day John showed up a full hour late. When he finally showed up I told him I was not impressed and that I didn't think it fair that I was paying his full estimated price when he couldn't even be decent enough to show up on time. He offered $100 off his quoted price which I accepted. The work itself was well done and we are pleased with the results (he fixed up our living room walls to repair damage from wallpaper removal). Having said that, I certainly wouldn't deal with this particular person again so if I were to contact Handyman Connection again I would ensure it was not him.

I contacted Handyman because my kitchen faucet stopped running water. They sent Franjo, who was very punctual, polite and knew what was doing; he told me that the wand mechanism was broken, so I contacted Moen to get a replacement, as the faucet had life time warranty. When I received the part, I contacted again Handyman to send Franjo so I could pay him. Because I installed the wand myself, he told me that I don't have to pay him the amount he quoted me initially, but $45 less. I would recommend Franjo to anybody.
