    Fix fence gate

    The Gate of my fence started sagging and cause part of the fence to lean the wrong making it difficult to close or open. Mohamed came and fixed it by making the gate smaller and adding a post and a section of fence. The work was done fast and with professionalism. Excellent work and since it was raining the day he was suppose to do the work he came and completed the work on a Sunday.

    Installation of safety bars in shower

    Tony was on time, polite and pleasant. He installed the security bars and competed the work on time.

    Plumber

    Great service as always. I have used handyman connection a few times now. They always arrive on time, work is completed quickly and efficiently. The gentleman we had this time was Shlomo. He was fantastic! Thanks again!

    Caulking and Painting of Home Front Window

    Refurbished front window, which had not been worked on much since home was built. Company representative was friendly, informative and courteous. Completed work looks great!

    Front porch

    My front porch had visibly tilted towards one corner over the summer. HMC was able to fix the problem.

    HandyMan Connection

    I needed some electrical work done. The electrician,Yiftach, completed the work in a timely fashion, suggested options for addressing the problem and met timelines. I have used this company several times now and each time have been satisfied with the work done and the solutions offered.

    Hang cabinet and drying rack

    Date for estimate arranged quickly and contractor showed up on time. Estimate given and agreed to in writing. Estimated 2.5 hours of work and charging $250 so high but he was there so I agreed to get it done. I go outside and when I come back in he is gone. I wait a few hours thinking maybe he needed to get something but no news. I then called company who says he wants more money to do the job and he will call me back. No call. Next day I'm told he didn't realize cabinet needed to go into the wall (ie cut a hole in drywall) - but he saw this before I went outside because he asked me if it was OK to cut. Company will not honour written estimate.

    Hi Pamela, I am sorry this didn't work out. When the craftsman provided the estimate, the scope was to install the product onto the wall. When he opened it, the instructions required it to be installed into the wall. Opening the wall and repairing drywall is significantly more work than was in the original scope. As you know, he tried to call you to discuss, but you did not have your phone with you. Please contact the office if you would like us to provide an estimate based on the new scope of work.
