    AC

    The techs were great, explained everything, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them for sure. There was a miscommunication with the office about the cost of the work but that was sorted out after the teller checked with the office.

    Furnace tune-up and Duct Cleaning

    Had Action Furnace come in to do a duct cleaning and Furnace tune-up. Arrived on time, and did a great job! Tech was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions fully.

    Duct Cleaning

    Extremely impressed with my duct cleaning. The technician was friendly and polite, used booties and floor protectors to keep my home clean, and was quick and efficient. He also provided a safety inspection on my furnace and diagnosed a big problem before it had a chance to cause any real issues. Have used Action Furnace for duct cleaning for years, and will continue to do so!

    Furnace service

    Very informative and knowledgeable, respectful and courteous . Answered all my questions and showed me how to light the furnace without being asked. Highly recommend this gentleman to any one.

    On time, professional, courteous and great service

    I had an unexpected noise in the furnace. I called Action Furnace and they sent out Robert. I had an exceptional customer experience with this person who quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. I have used Action several times and have always had wonderful service with no up selling.

    Air Conditioner Repair

    Called Action first thing in the morning to potentially replace my central A/C as it quit on a day expected to exceed 30 degrees! Bryce arrived a couple hours later and my unit was repaired...no need to replace! Overall very fast and efficient and I would highly recommend Action to anyone needing furnace or A/C repair.

    Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous

    We had our furnace cleaned through Action. We were thoroughly impressed by their professionalism so we booked them to complete out ac tune up in the spring. Although our tech did not make it during the specified booking time (12pm to 4pm), we received a call at 3pm letting us know our technician would be running late. We've booked through other companies that don't offer the same courtesy. Our technician Connor was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything we needed to know about the repair required.

    Furnace Tune Up

    Easy to book appointment. Wonderful service and able to pinpoint the issue. Did furnace tune up, cleaning of flame sensor, tested gas pressure, also checked furnace ignitor and did safety inspection.

    Furnace inspection and cleaning.

    I've used action furnace now with the membership for about 5 years great service good information great options timely informative keep up the good work. I would recommend them to be family and friends.
