    furnace replacement

    My husband and I were very pleased with the installation. The work crew was very efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. They gave a full explanation of the furnace. The price was excellent. Good warranties. We recommend this company

    Furnace and duct cleaning

    Dan did a great job cleaning our furnace and ducts today. He was very professional and polite. He was patient and explained his process thoroughly. I would recommend this service and company.

    Great Service. Liam Watson did a great job!

    Liam Watson of the Action Furnace did a great job cleaning our ducts and dryer vents. He also did a tune up of our furnace. He did an excellent job.

    New Furnace Installation

    I was looking for a company that will install a new furnace in to my home and found Action Furnace thru google search with good reviews. I decided to give it a try and I am pleased with their service. Rodney (comfort adviser) came to do an assessment relevant to the right furnace for the size of my home. Rodney was knowledgeable, straight forward, and courteous. My questions were answered and left me well informed. No pushy sales or anything like that. Logan (tech guy) came the next day to install the furnace and I am happy with his stellar performance. The admin team also addressed my concern on a timely manner. The whole team at Action Furnace did a good job.

    Disgraceful

    We called Action Furnace to service our furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit. The Technician told us that our furnace and water heater both needed to be replaced and provided an estimated cost of $11,000. The Technician told us that the furnace was emitting lethal amounts of carbon monoxide and should be decommissioned ansd replaced immediately as my family was at risk. We of course decommissioned the furnace. We got a second opinion from another company and it turns out that the furnace and water heater are absolutely fine. We complained to Action Furnace and they refunded the inspection amount for the water heater and furnace but not the air con unit (which they had installed 2 years prior). My husband also asked whether their technicians earned commissions for selling new furnaces - Action Furnace declined to answer. This is an utter disgrace and we will also be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

    Quick Covid-safe repair

    Repair tech phoned to arrange earlier than expected time, diagnosed problem quickly and expertly repaired just as fast for a very fair cost. Office contact staff were just as frienly and efficient. I would recommend this service without question.

    Great ac installation

    Great ac installation. I got a few quotes and talked to the sales rep after getting all the quotes. They offered to match the lowest and we were off to the races. I do believe that a lower offer could have been received but I'm happy with the installation which took half a day. The technician answered all my questions and even threw in a few free air filters.

    furnace service

    I had the pleasure of meeting EVAN your most likeable and professional technical person. He explained to me what to note and take a video of the problem so it can be properly addressed. Hw is to be appreciated as an employee with courtsey and knowhow. Tks, aswin patel

    AC Tune-up

    Cody Muirhead was our technician. He was consistently on time (had to come back twice), ethical, friendly, honest and efficient. He solved the issue of leakage we had from the water freezing in the line.
