The Tech was on time removed the old units and refitted the new softener and toilet .This young fellow knew what he was doing as he had the work done in a short time with the work site cleaned up. I would say to the boss this one is a keeper .I would recommend this business to any one.

Call at noon, Robert came at 2h30 and fixed everything immediately, after giving me an estimate. Very knowledgeable and efficient. He further improved the security of my water line by adding a control valve so I can shut down the system when needed.

Quick response to voice mail, on time, professional repair on a Navien on demand hot water system. Service was priced right. All of this on a holiday Monday. Highly recommended.

Called in this morning for a request to repair leakage in the kitchen sink. They were able to accommodate us on that day. The person who came in to repair was very polite and able to detect the problem right away. He seemed very thorough to ensure that the problem was fixed by testing several times and checked all the other screws to prevent future problems. Overall experience was positive and we'd recommend this company to anyone who is looking for reliable plumbing service.

Called late afternoon and they came the next day. Gordon was extremely knowledgeable and showed us everything we would need to know about our new tank less hot water heater. Very courteous and tidy. I would definitely hire this company again.

We had problems with our tub handle, we thought it was stripped, ended up being a little more complicated. We called around and and thought that Harmcor was reasonably priced and could come out within hours. The plumber Alyssia was quick and efficient and super friendly. She let us know up front what the problem was and how much to fix it. I would definitely recommend Harmcor plumbing to anyone in need.

Tried doing some DIY work on my sink, suffice it to say, I completely screwed it up. Called Harmcor, and Robert showed up in 45 minutes to fix my mess. Did an amazing job, was super friendly, and a general all around great person. Would highly recommend Robert to anyone!

Robert was knowledgeable, professional, and flexible. He explained everything in a way I could make my decisions. He did a superb job. He talked to the insurance company to see if it was covered. It was not. I'll keep working with Harmcor and ditch the insurance company (Echelon). Not worth their fee. I also liked the well organized pricing system of Harmcor. Not the cheapest, but way better han other hacks we had before. Thank you, Robert,

This company only uses flat rates when the install is simple. Be prepared that they will change to hourly rates if the install is more complicated and that even the job estimates before starting can be much below final cost. Also, in my case, the plumber had to go to the store to get something and that was an extra $160 dollars for the truck and then extra time for him to drive and buy the part. I have no idea why I am charged if they are missing something. Most of the time was taken trying to figure out how the fancy faucet should be installed. Then apparently the drains were complicated. I don't think this company invests in workshops for their plumbers on newer technologies. So the customer has to absorb the cost of the on job learning time. The plumber tried his best to figure out the issues but was not trained for these fixtures. I feel I paid too much for this kitchen sink install.

My service person was Robert Kahn. What a fabulous individual!!! Harmcor made an absolutely wise choice they day they decided to hire this man because not only is he professional and courteous? But his inter-personal skills can teach anyone a few things. He came into my house after a contractor from another company completely did a true Mickey-Mouse job prior. The Mickey-Mouse contractor showed up to my home on a Friday evening at around 6:40 pm, knowing full well that he was there to repair his previous mistake, yet had NOT A SINGLE TOOL ON HIM!!!! Robert explained what he was doing, what he had to do, and not once did he speak to me like a was a moron. He cleaned up behind himself and left me with my faith fully restored that not all plumbers are just out to make a fast buck with shoddy repairs that aren't even good enough to be considered a band-aid solution. I would absolutely recommend this company, but especially this individual, to do any plumbing job required to any home owner. You won't be disappointed at all!!!!
