The Serviceman that came was excellent. Very professional. Very diligent. Explained and cleaned up after himself. The office staff was just the opposite. Got appointment time wrong by hours, contact phone # taken down wrong - yet we were repeat customers. That made the day a bit of a gong show.

When the contractor that installed our first Hot Water Boiler/heater couldn't fix our problem they said "if anyone could, it would be Harmcore". It took awhile (three months) but our new system works like a charm. Everyone we came in contact with from Tim, Roy and Chantall treated us with courtesy. It was a real puzzle, but we finally got all the pieces sorted out. Good job everyone. .

Robert was great help! He fixed it all in no time so we could get our kitchen sink running to do dishes. Very polite and would recommend it to others as well!

Robert come out to do this job. Valve was stuck open so I just shut the zone down for the summer, didn't need the heat. Now it's already for the winter. He took away some scrap stuff that wouldn't be any good to use and left the area tidy. Quite confident all will be fine again, quick check on pressure and operation.

I had a crane toilet which, I am told, have a history of cracking and leaking suddenly and was told if not replaced, I would be responsible for units below me for any water damage. Also the toilet in my half-bath was not shutting down after flushing and I could not fix it myself. Also one other small job they did at the same time for me. Coryell was the gentleman who came to my place. He was very efficient. He took care not to damage my property and make a mess. Any water that did leak, he cleaned up after. I usually end up cleaning for an hour after service men leave my place but not today. That5 is important as I am no spring chicken anymore and it is painful to get down on my knees to clean. I think that what might have impressed me the most was that after he had made all the repairs, he walked thru and made sure each one was problem free before he left. I am glad he did too because the supply line provided by the manufacturer of the toilet had a leak and Coryell saw that and replaced it with another one he had in his truck. Not sure how important this is to some but he was also extremely pleasant to talk to and just a nice guy. The staff at Harmcor were also very pleasant to talk to when I booked the appointment.

I had a previous company in that I found in the phone book with a large page advert and thought they might be good, but I was oh so wrong. The job was not done right and the plumber was arrogant, I didn't want him in my home at all when I phoned to say the job was done but not to my satisfaction. Then the company said the manager was gone for two weeks when I finally asked for a manger for my toilet problem, unresolved. Then I phoned an old friend who recommended Harmcor. What a difference, black and white, totally different service. The plumber, Robert was at the job within a few hours, told me what needed to be done and we agreed what needed doing and he first went to his truck to get a snake. When the simple solution did not work then he brought out the bigger tools and showed me the price which was half of the last plumber. Relief! Within an hour all was fixed and the friendly plumber, Robert was so careful to make sure I understood and clean up the whole site when he was done. I am very impressed and will use them again without hesitation.

The plumber came in and seemed very thorough about his work. We suspected a thermocouple so tried this 1st. Then pilot still didn't stay lit so he went out to get a new gas valve. It was very complex to work around such a tight area. After the gas valve pilot stayed lit and he check and made sure furnace was firing properly. I have Encompass home warranty and was skeptical on what would be covered. The guy dealt with insurance to make sure it was all covered before he started to install the parts. I was happy I kept paying for the home warranty program at 15.95 monthly through my mortgage company I had to pay 50 deductible which was a small cost. In all very happy my furnace works and happy they sent a guy that knew what he was doing. I got 2 coffee mugs and a fridge magnet to boot. I would use this company again. Thanks for getting my furnace going.

Our Navien internal pump blew after we had problems with our cistern. Roy came out and replaced it and booked us in for regular maintenance (which we didn't know we needed). We had to call him back out when we had no hot water pressure (dirt in the intake line) he fixed that no charge. Roy is a very nice and knowledgable guy. Thank you Harmcor and thank you Roy!

Coryell and alyssia were very helpful in looking at our water tank. They were very clean and hard working and very quick at what they do. They answered all the questions we had about our hot water tank installation. The removal was quick and painless Price was great and payment options were easy as well. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs them
