    asphalt shingle roof replacement

    Good detailed quote. Got on the job in a few days and finished in a week. courteous, competent, professional crew. took care of all the little details to do the job right. Left the site clean. Minimal intrusion into our lives while the project was being completed. Coordinated with us to facilitate house access during the project. Highly recommended.

    Roof Replacement

    The pandemic and inclement weather delayed this project for a year, but the final product was well worth that wait. Removal of a 6000kg tar and gravel roof and replacement with a torch on format was accomplished during the heat of this summer in an expert fashion with minimal perimeter detritus and no damage to my garden yielding a result that is completely solid and highly aesthetic. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently with excellent direction from Steve. As well, working over time with Andrew has been a pleasure and with consistent hands-on management on his part.

    New asphalt shingle roof

    We are very pleased with this company. They were easy to deal with and showed up to do the job when they said they would. The crew was very effective and did the job in little more than a day and a half. The clean up was very thorough. I recommend them.

    Cedar shake conversion to asphalt shingles

    Very pleased with our cedar shake conversion to asphalt shingles. Darryl was very professional and courteous and listened to my requirements which provided a very competitive quote. Chris and Jong were my roofing crew and they worked diligently and efficiently and also did a fantastic job cleaning the site every day. It was an excellent experience and I recommend 21st Century for your roofing needs. Thanks !

    ReRoof

    25 Yr old roof was leaking. I called 21st Century Roofers on Saturday and spoke to Darrel. He got me a quote that day and had workers on my roof on Monday. The roof was finished by Thursday and the Job was Great! The whole staff were friendly and professional. An Excellent Experience! Thanks!

    Roof Warranty repair

    This company stands behind their 10 Year Workmanship Warranty. 9 Years 10 months after having them install a roof, I called and within hours someone was here to take a look and the next day a crew was here to repair. No questions asked. Thank you.

    Roof maintenance

    We needed some asphalt tiles replaced and diverters installed. 21st Century was responsive to my enquiry. They came the next day and completed the repairs. Good value, great communication. Recommended.

    Skylight repair

    I would highly recommend this company. They responded quickly to an emergency and the costs were very very reasonable. The repair was Donnelly professionally and the technicians were very courteous

    Roof Replacement

    So happy to have chosen 21st Century Roofers for my roofing project. I met Andrew, the 2nd generation owner, a number of years ago at the home show and I was immediately impressed. Darryl, who quoted the job, was very helpful along the way including the decision to add 2 Velux sun tunnels which are fantastic. His team was able to get my roof completed in 3 days when the weather was rather sketchy with wind gusts and rain. The job site was kept well organized and a great clean up job at the end. Andrew and Darryl even made a last day visit to pick up the bin and remaining gear. Absolutely recommend Andrew and his team for your next roofing job.

    New roof in 2 DAYS

    2st Century did a great job, had a full crew working for 2 days and got the old roof off and the new roof on Great clean up as well, no complaints at all Would, and have, recommended them
