During the first fall season of us being in our new home we had a Brick come loose from the center of our brick archway. My neighbor had provided us with Chris' contact and he was very reasonably priced for the repair work he completed as well the work was done exactly as he outlined. His customer service was exemplary and assuming he's still in the business there will be more future projects coming his way. -Andrew W

We have had Chris out to our home twice now - once to inspect the fireplace and clean the chimney when we first moved in and again just recently for another chimney cleaning. Service was friendly and thorough and left things very clean! We received prompt responses to our enquiries and also some great advice about some fireplace and chimney maintenance questions we had. Chris was very friendly and replied promptly over email & phone to ensure we can schedule a time that was convenient for us for our chimney inspection and cleaning. He arrived on time at our home, and he gave us a thorough explanation of the service that is required for our chimney without adding extra costs. He also explained to us the proper operation and maintenance of our chimney to ensure it will operate without issues in the future.

I had Metro Chimney come in to assess and clean two chimneys today. Chris and his son Mitch were professional, respectful and honest. Chris spent time talking with me about how to maintain a clean and safe chimney throughout the winter. I have had other chimney companies come and provide advice based on a quick assessment that resulted in excessive quotes. Chris took the time to explain reasonable options that will save me time and money in the long run. Thanks Chris and Mitch for such excellent service. I am looking forward to warming up with my clean and safe fireplace!

Hired Chris based on his Homestars review and he totally lived up to his high rating. He did an efficient job, didn't make a mess and he was very pleasant. He gave me great advice on my chimney (even explained to me how I could do most of it myself). I will have him back in the spring for upkeep. Highly recommend.

We needed our 50 year old chimney inspected and cleaned so that we could feel confident to use it. Chris B. arrived on time, listened to my concerns and then did a neat and thorough job. He provided a summary of his findings as well as some very good suggestions when using the fireplace. He was friendly, helpful and charged a reasonable price.

We've used Chris for years for both chimney cleaning and this past year for brick work, including tuck-pointing and parging.
