We recently installed our Tropical sunroom & it looks great.  We are happy with the work done. It’s a family owned business & they have a great professional team with them. We would recommend for anyone that’s looking for a similar project.  We would specially thank Dave Jr for his courteous service & also going the extra mile to complete it to our fullest satisfactory. I have seen a few negative comments on after sales service & hopefully they have learned their lesson by now.  Thanks again!

We are enjoying our enclosed back porch for at least 3 seasons especially if the sun is out. Very pleased with the workmanship and would highly recommend the crew who worked on our sunroom and awning as they were courteous and efficient. Dave ensured everything was to our satisfaction from start to finish.

Our renovator, Melchers's Construction, recommended we go Tropical Sunroom to check out their sun room system. We didn't want permanent windows and saw this polymer system and it was exactly what we where looking for. It gives us protection from the elements but when it is nice out we have almost a full screened in sun porch. It is the absolute best ever. I highly recommend the salesman, Ken. He was very personable and no pressure sales. He came out to our home and helped us make some needed decisions. Our friends and family are wowed by it.

This is a very good product and the company is good to work with. The system enhanced our old sun porch, giving us all-weather enjoyment which we are looking forward to for years to come.

We decided late spring that it was time to remove our deck and replace it with a sunroom! Visited both location sites and were very pleased with the product and the staff. All our questions and concerns have been answered and dealt with and the construction staff did a great job to make sure that the sunroom was constructed the way we wanted. It looks Great! We are so pleased! This is very much a family run business and you can tell!

We love our Sun room built by Tropical. It looks fantastic and the team did a great job, planning and executing the build. We first saw the product on TV and reached out to the manufacturer for the best dealer in our area - They recommended Tropical Sunrooms. The 2 men who did the actual build had a fantastic work ethic and were friendly and informative as I asked lots of questions. I think the use of the metal spikes instead of concrete piers is a great idea - much less mess than concrete. All in all we are very happy

We recently bought a home with a stunning "Tropical Sunroom" edition which we fell in love with and enjoy everyday. We got in touch with the company since these rooms were new to us for some maintenance & repair work. A warm family business, customer friendly, treat you as their own. I could not be more pleased with my sunroom project. They produced drawings of my home with the new sunroom on so I could see what it was going to look like. Yes, it did take longer than I thought and was expecting with getting my building permit, but by the time they got here they did not leave my project to start another and they stayed until the job was done. Now I am loving my Tropical Sunroom! I saw the previous review and felt I had to say something. Sometimes companies get a bad wrap from the one or two whiners and the thousands of happy customers like me are never heard from. This company is like doing business with family, and they are a family business.

Just LOVE our Tropical Sunrooms Sunroom! This is our 3rd sunroom from Tropical. We had and continue to have excellent service with this company. Installation was on time, the installers were extremely respectful of our home and the job completed was excellent. We are very happy with this company and would recommend their service and product anytime!

Progect commenced September 4 2012 as of today January 6 -2013 is still not completed and not done to code or engineers drawings. When we were decided to go ahead one of our questions was "do you have your own installers and not sub conctrctors?" We were informed they had their own employees. A ploy on words as we were to find out. The first sub to show up did such a botch job I finally kicked him off the property. When the owner finally came to the job site he was mainly interested in getting his money and not the job satisfaction. When I did a quick check of the job I found it was not level, was not done to building code. The roof was from a company that makes sunrooms, which is not an issue as long as their product is installed properly. A check of the engineers drawings showed improper installation. Tropical would not tear the structure down and do it properly. Instead they did a band-aid job. Tropical has been quite unprofessional in their handling of their sub contractors and their customers issues. To further add insult to injury I recieved a phone call from another customer. She got my name from Tropcals list of references (rather cheeky of them). Apparently she has an unfinished and unsafe $30,000 sunroom. This company is not what they say they are.
