    windows and doors

    redoing our front room windows was a huge job. there was a lot of rebuilding, a lot of detail, trim on both the inside and out. Alex Kuzmin and his team did an AMAZING job! We are very happy!! thank you very much !!

    Replacing all windows and doors in large home

    It was an absolute privilege dealing with Lux windows and doors! They were extremely helpful through the replacement of all windows and doors in my home. The sales persons and service department were all very knowledgeable and professional. The products are of excellent quality and I would highly recommend this company!

    Entry Door and window

    Josh (sales) Pleasantly addressed my options from design, glass, style and hardware. Always available for questions/changes, and there for followup. Alex Kyz'min (installer) provided pre-install dialogue re our job ensuring i understood options and the job complications (10'x15' glass door and surrounding). He and his crew did a great job - also efficient, respectful, on time and left a clean workspace. Post job dialogue ensuring satisfaction. Above and beyond.

    window replacement

    Replacing windows in a 35yr old house, They had triple glazed, metal clad windows, with fir interior at a very competitive price compared to single glazed vinyl windows from other suppliers. The quality and look is far superior, and they delivered within four weeks. The windows look beautiful and definitely upgrade the house.

    Replacement of 19 windows, 5 sets of doors and conversion of a set of windows into patio doors. Triple glazing.

    Alex K and his team have done an amazing job this week in removing our old windows and doors and replacing them with new triple glazing. It was difficult and dangerous to get onto our steep-pitched metal roof for the top floor, and there was a lot of work in cutting out old windows and a wall to put in new patio doors. These guys were extremely professional, worked long 10-12 hour days and did a great clean up job. We are incredibly pleased with the finished result. Thanks Lux, Alex and the whole team!

    Relpacement of 7 windows (4 large, 3 smaller)

    The whole process including sales, estimating, delivery and installation was completed very professionally and efficiently. The windows were of high quality and the installation crew did an excellent job with both the installation and the refinishing around the outside of the windows which were metal clad and the siding was 17 year old vinyl. Both inside the house and outside was kept clean during the process. We would definitely buy Lux windows again and highly recommend their company.

    Installation of House windows

    We had a great experience with Lux right from Sales to field inspection following installation. Annie was very pleasant, helpful and responsive in explaining our options. The showroom was very well done and gave a great visual of what to expect with options. The installation team of Jeremy, David and Byron were exceptionally professional and highly focused on getting the job done well. Their experience was very evident and they took pride and patience in their work which is so nice to see in these days of everything being a rush. Doug from field inspection followed up within days of the install to ensure we were satisfied and to ensure all windows operated well. The whole Lux experience was seamless and as promised. Great job to the whole team. Highly recommended.

    Window Replacement

    From the start to finish the crew of foreman Jeremy, Byron & David - were professional / very knowledgeable / very efficient and true ambassadors for your company. They explained what they were doing, how they would accomplish the job. They were completed by 6 PM. We are very happy with our choice to again use Lux Windows.

    Good job

    Lux window is beautifully built, I love the three layer glass, no noise any more, and the room is much warmer. The installation process is very professional, we are very satisfied with the whole process.

    Window & sliding door installation

    I had a great experience with Lux windows. The windows are high quality and the work was done well within a reasonable amount of time. We had 2 windows and a sliding door installed. There was a considerable reduction in traffic noise with the new windows and sliding door. I would not hesitate to recommend Lux Windows to friends and family.
