Robinson Lighting has a huge supply of lighting for every room. And it's hard for us to choose when we have so many options. Fortunately, we end up with the perfect and unique ones from sales' help. The price was reasonable too. Overall, it's a good experience.

We saw a beautiful bright green glass pendant light at the Coquitlam location of Robinson Lighting. We needed 3 and that store only had the 1. I called the Cambie location and they did an exceptional job of tracking down 3 lights for me. They gave us a great price (these were already clearance items) and they even cleaned them up for us so we could make sure the colour was perfect. We were very happy with our experience with the lighting manager, Andrea, and would certainly shop there again. While we were there, we did have an encounter with another employee who was a total snob who said to us "the colour is called chartreuse" when we already knew what it was called. I think their sales staff are hit and miss. As long as you deal with Andrea you will be satisfied with your experience!

WE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME FINDING A FIXTURE FOR OUR ENTRYWAY. WE WERE LOOKING SOMETHING MODERN WITH HINTS OF SANT FE INSPIRED LINES. WE CHECKED ALL THE BIG BOX STORES BUT THE SELECTION WAS LIMITED. WE SHOPPED THE VALUE LIGHT STORES IN RICHMOND AS THEY R SO MANY BUT QUALITY WAS AN ISSUE AS WELL THE SERVICE WAS ENTERTAINING BUT LACKING IN CONTENT. CAME ACROSS ROBINSON BATH AT CAMBIE AND WOW......SELECTION WAS TOP NOTCH, PRESENTATION AND OPTIONS BEYOND ANYTHING IN TOWN. THE PRICES REFLECTED THE QUALITY AND I MUST ADMIT I RAISED MY EYEBROWS A FEW TIMES...HOWEVER WHEN THE SALES PERCON KATHY PRESENTED THE IDEA OF SPENDING A LITTLE MORE TO BE GREETED EVERYDAY BUT A BEAUTIFUL ENTRY INTO YOUR HOME IT WAS EASY. WE GET LIGHTS.....I INSTALL.....SHORT A FEW BREAKERS....BUT THE LIGHTS DON'T FIT QUITE RIGHT. BACK TO ROBINSON AND KATHY SIMPLY REFUNDS WITHOUT QUESTION AND SUGGESTS ANOTHER PAIR. THIS TIME THEY INSTALL EASIER, NO SHORT BREAKERS AND I MUST SAY I'M GLAD I SPENT THE MONEY AND FOUND KATHY. GREAT JOB ON THE SELECTION AND CHOOSING KATHY AS A SALESPERSON.

I bought all my bathroom fixtures and tubs from Robinson Lighting and Bath Centre at Cambie. I find their sales to be very helpful. I know they're slightly above the average in terms of prices but i'm willing to pay premium for better service.

Robinson Lighting and bath has a pretty good selection of fixtures, but their prices are really high in comparison with other stores. It is a good place to go for ideas, but make sure you comparison shop before you buy.

Very happy with the quality and service. Our light was over $1000 each and was marked down to less than half price. One of the glass bulbs were missing and they ordered a new bulb right away for us. Exceptional Service!

Wanted to update the light fixtures in the dining room. Great selection with a lot of options that we did not see in other stores. A little pricey but worth it if you're looking for unique options.

Large selection of lighting fixtures. When I purchased my new dining room light fixture, there was a crack in the glass. Good customer service. They were really great about replacing the entire fixture.

I went to Robinson lighting upon a recommendation and was definitely satified with their overall service and the wide range of products they carried. I purchased the M11 light bulbs for my store and was impressed with the customer service. I will definitely be back.
