    Heating and Air Conditioning

    Excellent service and excellent work. The response time on both the quote and the installation was fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Boiler Replacement and Maintenance

    Repeatedly helped us with old boiler than new boiler replacement. Very quick, organized, clean and helpful. Quality of work was top notch. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

    Furnace repair/ replacement

    Very prompt, professional and honest service. We ended up needing a whole new furnace and information was shared quickly, and thoroughly, allowing us to make an informed decision. We felt pricing was excellent and despite being a large expense, we didn’t feel taken advantage of due to the circumstances. Replacement was done quickly to limit our discomfort due to lack of heat and we were very happy with the contractor and his employees/installers. We received the name Of this company from friends who had used them And we’re impressed and we also, will have no problem recommending them to our friends as needed.

    Furnace installation

    Anthony and his crew from northwest had did a great job on our furnace install..they did everything in a fast and timely manner..I would recommend them for all your heating and air.

    Replace existing gas furnace and air conditioner

    Well coordinated installation from initial quote to final installation and registration. Anthony, as well as the technicians and office staff were friendly and efficient. Various options of products, services and finance were offered. I would definitely recommend Northwest Gas to my neighbors, friends and family.

    Furnace repair

    Our furnace stopped working Monday at 11:00 pm. I placed a message on HomeStars, by Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. NorthWest techs were in my house diagnosing the problem. It turned out it was the fan. Even though they are not the original installers, they quickly informed me that my furnace is still under warranty and there will be no cost to me for the parts. Parts were ordered and installed. Furnace is working excellent, wife and kids are very happy now. :) Thank you Joe for all your quick help on this matter, very professional and an overall great experience. These days very hard to come by. Thank you NorthWest Gas for all your amazing help!

    Furnace and A/C

    Very professional. Flexible in range of manufacturers they will support but push Carrier mostly to detrement of quality manufacturers like Napolean made in Canada

    Office HVAC

    We called Northwest Gas Limited when our A/C was not working on a hot summer day. Anthony came within the hour! He diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs to get our A/C functioning again. He also installed a new digital thermostat in the office to better regulate the temperature in the office. We are very pleased with the service and knowledge provided and we will definitely be contacting them again for our HVAC needs.

    Air Conditioner and Furnace

    My Air conditioner broke down after 18 yrs of seasonal use so I decided to shop around to get quotes from 3 companies. By far I was impressed with Northwest gas and choose them based on quality and price. I’m glad I did as I was very impressed with the quality and service I received. I was so impressed I also ordered a new furnace (as that was also 18 yrs old) along with the Air conditioner. Their team of professionals were very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable knowing I was in good hands. Thank you Anthony and your team at Northwest Gas for reassuring me I made the right choice. I highly recommend Northwest gas to anyone who is searching quality/service at a reasonable price.

    Installation of new furnace and tankless water heater

    Replacement of old furnace and water heater with new high efficiency models. I was able to review a number of options for equipment with them and they were very helpful in providing all the information I needed to make my decisions. Again when it came to installation were able to discuss a number of options for location and routing of piping. They met their commitment for the installation day, completed the work in a workmanlike manner in the one day and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the job.
