Culligan put flyers in my letterbox every month. Finally I call them and after waiting for some time, an American woman picks up and is totally condescending and talks over me continuously. Finally, she tells me if I I dont currently have a Culligan system, then theres nothing they can do and hangs up. Its not a local service. Just a waste of my time and an insult to my dignity.

I got some concerns on a Friday night I was able to get in touch with my rep right away He have his technician calling me and within 15 minutes everything was fix Thanks to Mr Delisle and Mr Sullivan

Knowledgeable honest visit and recommendation to fix my issues. The technician came in and in short order had tested my water and ahiqed me qhat was really wrong and corrected my misunderstanding of the issue. Very happy

I have had the service person in to my home at least 5 time , and my water is still way to salty. Yesterday , they send a senior staff which I am sure it was in the hope I will stop calling and complaining . The senior staff check my salt levels and my salt levels were above 1200 , and I was told it is ok to drink , and he blamed it on my area , I tried tell him I am sure that my salt system is not running right , but he just dismissed me . I also have a reverse Osmosis which is suppose to purify my water but it is also way to salty . I wish I never put there system in my home Now I may have to start drinking bottle water once again waste of my money

The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Snobby delivery drivers and unresponsive office staff. Buyer beware.

I got RO system from Culligan, where sales man overcharged me for the terrible system. he said the installation will be free but I was charged extra for it. after the installation , they don't care about the complaints. they never reply email for 2 weeks. finally when I asked them to remove it they left my fridge waterline unconnected. Their products are 3 times expensive from their competitor. I still have their water rental softener which I will remove it after the term. No more overrated , over priced stuff from Culligan ever.

During a routine annual maintenance of our water softening system, we encountered a problem—a very wet problem. Unfortunately there was an oversight during the installation of one of the filters under the kitchen sink which resulted in a slow trickling leak that went undetected for approximately 10 hours. Upon detection of the leak, Culligan's emergency line was called; the emergency line agent was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The water ran from the kitchen main floor to our newly finished basement causing several thousands of dollars in damage. The next day, Culligan’s preferred contractor came to the house, assessed the damage and explained in detail what needed to be done. A crew was sent the following day during which time the soaked drywall and insulation was removed and a fan and dehumidifier were put in place. Repair work began immediately after the damaged area was sufficiently dried. Within two weeks, the contractors had properly restored the basement to its original condition. Culligan’s prompt handling and resolving of the water damage was surprisingly efficient. We were entirely pleased with Culligan and their contractor for their professionalism and their ability to repair the damage in a timely manner. Culligan even supplied water detector alarms free of charge. It’s for these reasons that we highly recommend Culligan’s customer oriented services.

I never realized how much I missed not having a working softener! My dishes are amazing again and I’m sure my pipes are happy. Everything about the whole experience with the salesman to the installer was fabulous. I must also mention that the Culligan water softener they removed from my home was 20 years old . Excellent information and installation by both Ralph (Sales and Water Testing) and John (Installation and Service) we couldn't be more pleased. John called me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and once at the house did a quick survey of our old system and had it out and the new one installed in a very short time. He then took the time to explain how the system works and made sure I understood everything before leaving. No mess, no fuss, just the way it should be. Thanks all.

We had a very positive experience with installer Josh from Culligan Ottawa. He was prompt, informative and courteous. We would highly recommend Josh to anyone who is looking for a water softener installation.
