Counter top skillfully measured and then installed by Brian and Brandon. Excellent job, very professional and courteous. Highly recommend company service and product.

These guys cracked our counter top during the installation, we found a hair line crack about a month or so afterwards and a giant pile of silicone directly underneath it in what looked like the installers attempt to repair / fix it. Since we found its just gotten worse. They won't replace it, come fix it or take responsibility for it either lol. They say their warranty doesn't cover cracks!! WOW! Brand new stone countertop!

It was an arduous process to get a contract with this company. The initial estimate came with one lump sum. No workmanship guarantees included. The estimate did not include any measurements, or product depths. After much back and forth with emails, the designer came to our home to work out the details. She proceeded to add more money for things we talked about originally. Then they wanted a 75% deposit. They said it was the industry standard which it definitely is not. This was not disclosed until the 11th hour. Did not end up going with this company.

Went through Costco thinking price should be reasonable. I paid and checked 3 other reputable compqnies in Calgary, one price was $2000 cheaper the other $2500 cheaper. Exact same Hanstone product. I strongly recommend to shop around!! I felt taken advantage of!!! Left a sour taste with me!

Went with Flo Form ONLY because of their Costco affiliation and representation. Had not heard of them previously. We actually found them VERY professional to work with. All of the people, from the consult person, to the measurement guy, and the installation team as well. Timely; great service during entire process, we were quite surprised. Smooth install, price was in the ballpark we'd guessed, prior to the quote. HOWEVER, 8 months later we now have 2 chips in our sink surround. :0( We'd elected to go with under mount sinks, for ease of countertop cleaning/ wiping (had our bathroom done as well) (We are selling so...) They don't show as being offered by Costco anymore. Service great - product not. (Or perhaps granite is just not strong enough for under mount sink applications?? The tops of the edges had the chips) Please note that we are EXTREMELY careful with and uptight about maintenance and upkeep with all that we own. We don't have the money to keep redoing it! No kids at home for several years now. Clearly we won't use them for new house. (And we're doing granite there before our move in. next month) Went on Costco website to see if Flo Form still listed there... Now another company is listed. Our biggest concern is that they don't seem to be affiliated with Costco anymore. (We are in Edmonton) Normally we'd follow up with Flo Form AND Costco to see what they'd do in response to this. (not sure if chips are actually covered) But we can't be bothered as we have sold the house, and move out in a month.

We're to begin !! Unorganized , unprofessional, bad installation, poor customer service , this could be the worst run company I have ever seen and worst it seems no one cares !!

Had countertops placed in brand new build under 1yr ago purchased this product because of lifetime warranty . Lifetime warranty is a false statement o had used a crock pot on the counter and after picking up the pot the countertop had a 10inch crack moving through it. I called to get it replaced and looked at and cambria floform said this isn't something they warranty watch out for this company they don't warranty there product they offered to patch putty it but with it being under a year old a better solution should have been offered so much for a lifetime warranty

They measured our kitchen island and said the side profiles wouldn't match and it would look terrible. They gave me no solutions and then charged me about $100 for the measurements, which they did not send me until I requested! Bad Customer Service and Can't Deliver a Good Quality Product! And very unwilling to say the customer is always right :(

We used Floform to supply and install a quartz countertop for a new kitchen island. They brought the samples to our house and made the process really easy. They have a great selection and the installers were very quick and efficient. We love the result and the fact that we didn't have to drive around the city looking at samples and drag our kids to a bunch of showrooms. The product they carry is top notch.

I normally don't write these but since it is such a major purchase I would like to completely recommend Flo Form. A fantastic product, experience, communications, & follow up. Maybe wasn't the cheapest price but after reading some of the other companies who offer cheaper prices, I am so glad I didn't use them. I spent about $14,000 on 3 wash-rooms, & kitchen including our island.
