    Insurance claim

    We have gone through wit RCCN for our insurance claim. Our Sunroom roof was leaking after the big rain storm and hail. and they were very good in getting the right contractors to get the job done right. They came and inspect the damage and replace all the damages.

    Basement repairs

    Washing machine failed and damaged my basement they quickly came and set up fans till insurance ok repairs all repairs were completed quickly and look great

    Renovation after plumbing issue

    After a plumbing issue my insurance assessor recommended RCCN to complete the renovations on my mainfloor hardwood, ensuite tiles, closet and basement carpets along with contractors from CDL carpets and Chinook glass this week was completed satisfactorily. I am thankful to Duane and Vanessa for going above and beyond to accommodate me.

    Ceiling restoration

    My washing machine located on the top floor of the house leaked and damaged the main floor ceiling. Due to design of the house, 3/4 of the ceiling had to be re stuccoed. We also replaced a ceiling light fixture in the kitchen and replaced with pendant lights. DKI Rocky cross construction was able to schedule the work while we were away.

    Professional service, high quality works, job well done

    They completed my ceiling works very quick. The work quality was very well and professional clean the site after the work were completed. very friendly staff who always responded to my questions and requests in a fast and professional manner. Very happy with their work and service, job well done.

    Great company to handle your issues

    Everyone who walked through my door was courteous, friendly and efficient. Quality workmanship, attention to detail and they were respectful. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their services.

    Fantastic service

    RCC North assisted us with a sewage back up in our home and did the clean up and restoration. They were absolutely fantastic! The project managers, the workers, the cleaners - everyone was so attentive and friendly and really took care of us and our home. They were efficient, communicated everything clearly, and we are so happy with the work they provided. Thank you RCC North!

    Ceiling repair due to a flood from bathroom

    RCCS came in assessed the damage quickly and promptly. I paid my $1000.00 deductible through insurance and RCCS did the work in about 5 days. We were put up in a hotel very close to work. Everything just fell into place as it should. The couple who cleaned our house (Derek and Yvonne) did an excellent job. The reconstruction crew also made my ceiling look brand new. Koodoos to all those involved

    Repair

    Good communication between myself and the company, things were well explained. They kept to the schedule that was released . Staff and contractors were pleasant and courteous. The completed work was well done

    Water damage to ceiling

    A pipe break in the condo unit above me resulted in water leaking through my ceiling. The team were professional and quick to get in touch and schedule time for their workmen to come take care of the damage. The workmen were professional ensuring let me know what to expect working around my schedule. You can’t even tell anything happened to my ceiling.
