    Flooring and Basement Ceiling Repairs

    Leaking Dishwasher damaged the hardwood floors and damaged the ceiling in the basement. RCCN were amazing at sending out an emergency team to start the cleanup and drying process followed by the hardwood repairs and the ceiling repairs including re-coating all the basement ceiling texture. At every single interaction the RCCN team were polite, helpful, accommodating and really a lot of fun to work with. The crews were meticulous in the work performed and made sure they wore masks, removed shoes and cleaned up everything along the way. Follow up and follow through at each step was also fantastic. Thank you to everyone at RCCN for this wonderful experience!

    Flood repair

    Our dishwasher leaked in April and our insurance company connected us with DKI Rocky Cross Construction. As this was our first claims process, the team at Rockycross was able to help us understand the process for repairs. They immediately sent a crew to dry our our home and remove the damaged flooring. Rocky Cross was then able to seamlessly schedule all of the work to be done for repairs including basement ceiling repairs, hardwood flooring, kitchen island, backsplash and painting. Every person who came to our home was professional and polite. They all did great work and within the expected timeline. I would definitely recommend Rocky Cross as their service has been top notch.

    Flood Restoration and Repair

    RCCN restored and repaired our flooded basement from a blown hot water tank. Everyone we dealt with at RCCN was professional and friendly, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding. They coordinated and scheduled all the subtrades, and managed the job in its entirety in our absence. They took all of the stress out of a stressful situation.

    Sewer Backup claim with basement renovation/Repairs

    Insurance claim for a sewer backup. I was please with how fast the clean up crew was able to come and clean up the mess and immediately ripped out the affected carpet and walls. There were some delays with getting the contents moved out and repairs to start, but I also understand some of those delays are due to a number of different reasons possibly out of the control of just 1 person. Overall, the staff was courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

    Beat Restoration Company in the Cory

    I had a toilet overflow and my insurance company put me in touch with a different restoration company which was a disaster . The other company was so rude and literally had the worst google reviews which was a huge red flag for me. I called my insurance and asked for a different company to do the repairs. From the first day Rocky Cross came out to do the estimate, they were so professional and thorough finding affected areas from the leak the previous company didn’t even bother to look for. They laid out a plan providing dates different trades would go to the house to do the repair and everyone showed up as scheduled. I have worked with 3 different restoration companies over the past few years and I would ONLY use Rocky Cross Construction. The communication is absolutely amazing and everyone was great to work with.

    Water damage remediation and repairs

    I used this company to remediate damage and complete repairs to my main floor when my dishwasher leaked and damaged my hardwood. Every step of the way the work they did was outstanding and I was blown away by the customer service. Each and every person I dealt with was fantastic and accommodating. I couldn't be happier with the finished result and the overall experience. Would give them 20 stars if possible!

    New Flooring after water damage

    I had my flooring replace after water damage, I was happy with the work and the final product. Communication was pretty good prior to the work, several people had contacted but it would have been nice to have a single point of contact for questions.

    Basement Water Damage

    We had a leak in the basement caused by a faulty humidifier. The guys at Rocky Cross were very prompt to arrive at site and get the cleanup process started

    Bathroom ceiling restoration

    Recently, we had a sewage leakage from the upper unit into our bathroom on a Friday night. Rocky Cross came on Saturday to remove the soaked ceiling , get things cleaned up and set up fans to dry the bathroom. Now the ceiling has been repaired and joining walls been painted. The colors match exactly and look great. Their contractors are very professional. If I have any project need to be done, I would contact them again. Recommend!

    RCC: Quick to respond, on time & great results!

    December 26th our dishwasher leaked ruining our hardwood flooring. A day later RCC was there to remove the damaged hardwood and set up fans to dry things out quickly. They responded quickly to all our questions, kept us informed regarding our options and were very professional. The only slow down was us trying to choose new flooring and then waiting for the flooring to arrive (totally out of their control).
