    Water damage fixture

    Had water leak in the basement. It took awhile a team to start the work because of COVID law and budget adjustments. But quality is guaranteed. I would definitely recommend this company!

    Roof Collapse

    Last year during a storm, we had a partial roof collapse at an industrial building. RCC was contracted thru our insurance company. Right from the outset, they were great. Excellent communication, met their timelines and went above and beyond on a very tricky project. Even figured out a way to keep the tenant in the building while replacing the roof.

    Unit's Repair after Water Leak Damages

    All workers of Rocky Cross Construction and their contractors were very professional and skilled. I had water damages in my residential unit, and they did a fantastic work to repair the damages !

    Flood

    RCCN was dispatched as a result of a flood December 26/20. At the start, I was impressed with their response. Unfortunately, that soon faded. The lack of communication, miscommunication, and inconsistencies only escalated. Once a contract was signed and a $5,000 deductible provided them, they went dormant. After persistence from the Adjuster and myself and the threat of cancelling the contract, a full schedule was provided; plumber, tile setter and 7-10 schedule for remainder of the work. As this company lacks greatly in integrity, good business and ethical practices there was absolutely no communication to me from them as to any changes, they simply did not show up or follow through with the remainder of the work scheduled for 7-10 window (accommodations had been scheduled) and have not refunded the $5,000.00!!! The contract was signed between myself and RCCN and as required, I provided them the deductible directly. They are in breach of contact and I have reasons to believe this is not an uncommon practice for this company! It is worth mentioning that an email from the Project Manager, on February 11/21 stated reimbursement was "currently in process of reversing your deductible, and we will have it in the mail in the next 1-2 business days". This has yet to take place, but rather, they have provided the Adjuster a stream of invoices. I would recommend thinking twice about dealing with this company, there is a lack of ethical practices!

    Basement Flood renovation

    A cracked foundation led to the flooding of a basement bedroom. The team were amazing in coordinating an army of specialists, from foundation repair, to carpentry and more. Staff were courteous and professional, and everything was done quickly and properly. Very grateful to the team.

    Kitchen and Basement renovation after water damage

    We had an unexpected water leak and it damaged our kitchen and basement. RCC DKI North was there for us from the emergency, rebuild, moving and cleaning!!! My family and I are very grateful for their professionalism and ability to work with our insurance company. Highly recommend them!!!!

    Hardwood repair and refinishing after water damage

    RCCN repaired our kitchen floor after water damage required a section to be cut out. They were easy to communicate with and the work was done with an expert touch. They were extremely flexible with the schedule which had to be postponed several times due to Covid 19 (at our request) and were very diligent at keeping in touch and ready to go right away when we were. The floor looks better than it did before and the patch is completely seamless.

    Rebuild and new flooring t insurance claim

    RCCN provided excellent service during the emergency clean after the water damage that we had at our house. They provided a comprehensive quote for the rebuild portion. RCCN maintained good communication with us when making adjustments to the quote. The communication got even better during the rebuild phase; many thanks to Lee and Vanessa for their prompt responses and support. All work crews, content manipulation, dry-walling & paint, flooring installation and clean-up; were very respectful and professional, work efficiently and quickly. All the work was completed on time as per the schedule and the workmanship was of excellent quality. The new flooring in our master bathroom, bedrooms and basement look great. We are glad to have chosen RCCN and will use their services in the future. We recommend RCCN for any renovation projects.

    Restoring Water Damage

    Tom and team took care of restoring our property after some water damage. The team was responsive to our concerns and went above and beyond with the repairs. They even came back after the fact to address concerns to ensure we were completely satisfied. The timing of the project took longer than expected but some of it was beyond their control. We are very happy with the team's professionalism and responsiveness and would recommend their services.

    kitchen water damage

    Our dishwasher leaked and having never had a claim, I was glad Rocky Cross was there to help me. From their front line team to project manager, it was as seamless as it could get despite the questions and delays from my insurance company. Excellent communication and quality of work.
