Mr shiva the owner of the store please do not trust this guy when we go to shop he is not a polite busy on phone take the money from us and sell the product which is fire hazard taken $450 dollars for stove in 2 months it I was stoped worked his technician came all the time is on the pho e within one month same problem I have reported the complained with TFSA electricity safety authority and consumer protection for taking money and being rude I request u do not go there he his not honest person his stove can catch a fire in the house very dangerous

Got a set of stove and fridge for my rental property, The stuff is very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. I would recommend this for affordable appliances and great for tenants.

We had hired them to fix our relatively newer fridge and they said they tried but it still didn't work, but still charged me. They sent a second Technician to replace an expensive part and try to fix it again and it still didn't work. They said we still have to pay for the parts and the failed repair jobs. Then said they would give us a in store credit but when it was time to give it to us the would not honor the credit. The owner is very rude as well. Very poor customer service. I will never deal with them again. Max

bought a really nice stainless fridge for a really good price ive had the fridge for about a month now and its works beautifully hopefully it continues to do the same for long time

needed a set of washer and dryer for my rental unit, i have very limited space and couldn't find the right size luckily these guys had a set for $500.00 which is a fair price.

Good people and really fast delivery times, needed a washer asap as my washer broke, bought a really nice washer for a good price and was delivered the next day extremely happy with the services

initially i had called i to get my washer repaired, but it was to expensive to have the motor changed so i decided for by kjn home to look for a replacement. They had so many washer to choose from and affordable prices, even better they delivered the washer the next day! super happy with my washer ad even more happy i didn't have wait to use it.

My elderly parents bought a fridge here during the pandemic and the owner assured them that there is a 3 month exchange policy. The fridge they bought does not work properly. The fridge section is too cold and freezes all vegetables/milk. I've tried all settings and the fridge still freezes everything. We contacted them within the first month, they were unable to fix the fridge and are now saying they cannot exchange it "due to covid", which they CONVENIENTLY forgot to mention when my parents bought it. So my elderly parents have lost their money and are stuck with a broken fridge. KJN have no conscience. Save your money and peace of mind, buy your appliances elsewhere!

Bought 5 Appliances for a rental home a year ago and not one has failed. Came back yesterday to buy 5 more for another rental home I bought. Shiva remembered me from a year ago and gave me a great discount for returning. All in all would definitely recommend KJN Home Appliances to my Friends and Family.

We purchased two reconditioned fridges - one stainless steel and one white. When we received the first one we had to send it back because it was very very noisy and he replaced it for a stainless steel one which was even worse. It seemed that it was ok at the store until we got it at home and it started becoming really noisy. The compressor comes on every 6 minutes. The compressor was not installed properly. No air was vacuumed out of the system as told to me by an expert in refrigeration. All they are interested in is taking your money but no ethics in doing a proper job. They never returned our many calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM - THEY ARE UNETHICAL
