Absolutely the worst customer service. I would never use Olympia tile again. Other tile companies have nicer product and helpful staff. This company just wants your money and won't take responsibility for their error

Olympia Tile got our batch colour wrong, and they were very reluctant to help us. There were no more tiles of the colour we needed across Canada and when we went in to find a potential solution, the employee was not just unhelpful, he was impatient and condescending to us. They offered us '4 free tiles' that didn't even match the other design. Not only will we never use them again, we tell this story to everyone who comments on the wrong tile in our home.

Super slow service....... went in for 3 sheets of tile and was waiting for about 30 mins . They could do with a sense of urgency and more people in the warehouse...

We were very pleased with our experience at Olympia Tile. We used them for our bathroom and kitchen floor and wall tiles. Before and during our renovations, we made many visits to first research, consult and then buy our tiles. We met with different representatives each time and they were all very helpful and informative. We would recommend that people book a consult with their designer for ideas especially if you are new to renovations like we were.

Olympia has a great showroom of tile. I was impressed with their service - I went back numerous times for different samples and no questions were ever asked - they always gave me the samples I needed. There was a mixup with one order of tile that needed to be ordered from Toronto but the salesperson put a rush order on the correct tile so that it would arrive in time for my install. They even helped load the tile into my van. The clearance section of this store is great too - we found cheaper tile in this section for our rental suite. Highly recommend Olympia!

They have an impressive selection of tiles to choose from and prices are reasonable. The service was fantastic and accomodating. They even gave good advice on matching grout to the tile we chose. I would certainly recommend this place for any tile project.

We shopped around for the tiles for our kitchen & bathroom reno. We purchased the kitchen tiles from Olympia. They have the best showroom. They have a great selection and the tiles were displayed in an attractive manner. They also have design boards with different tiles placed together so that you can get ideas. You can also get a sample tile to take home with you for free. We took several different samples home and laid them on the ground. Their prices were higher than other suppliers (even with the contractor discount) but you get the samples and the selection.

Of all the tiling places we went to we found that olympia had the best selection. They were also helpful in assisting us with grout selection, and stone sealers needed for our project. They filled out order and carried it out to the car and loaded it all up for us. We are very happy with how things turned out, and will be back to do the kitchen backsplash soon!

They had a wonderful selection of tiles at a very reasonable price. My tile installer sent me there to pick the tiles and told me to use his account when ordering the tiles so i can get the same discounts he gets. Turns out to be an awesome deal at the end.

We were looking for a specific style and colour for our front stairs. And our contractor recommended Olympia Tiles. Awesome selection: from ornate to basic. As my husband wasn't able to visit the store, the salespeople gave me samples to bring home. Great service and knowledge. Our tiles are a wonderful complement to our yellow house.
