The service rep was very professional the only issue I had was the cost of the ignitor the part sells between 17 to 34 dollars, I do realize everyone need to make a profit so I'm was OK with 170 service call but selling this item at an inflated cost of 150 dollars is a little extreme,

The W&J bid was much lower for the exact same product. They did a great job but had to return twice to install new parts that were not yet in Calgary. There was no extra charge and they have since provided a series of extra visits to help fine tune the system. One year later they provided helpful and cheerful phone support without charge. We got them to fix our AC and they recommended the cheaper fix rather than a big bill. I heartily recommend this team!

We are very happy with our new furnace and a service we received from W&J! Their price was very competitive for the Carrier furnace they install. Team members were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, showed up on time and did a good job! Everything was clean and tidy after they finished. I found them thru this website and very glad I did. Highly recommended.

These guys were great. After being told a list of things that could be wrong with our AC unit by another company, I contacted WJ. They fixed a very minor problem quickly at minimal cost. Seemed very knowledgeable and honest. I also had them look at a furnace on another property, and they did what they could to keep the cost down on a bigger repair. I would highly recommend them.

They came have us a free quote. Within a week or so came back and took our old one out (no extra fee) and replaced it with the new one. Recycled what they could which is great for the environment. We're professional and cleaned up after themselves. We had a slight issue with getting it up to code and they came back no questions asked for free and fixed it! Great company :)

We used W & J Heating in our previous house and when the hot water tank sprung a leak in our next house we called them again. They were very prompt in getting us a quote and completing the work (which is very important when you have no hot water!). They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, and did it all faster and at a lower price than others quoted us. We replaced both our hot water tank (vital) and furnace (at the end of it's life) at the same time.

We had W&J come to replace our furnace and then (because they were fabulous) we had them back to do our hot water tank. We met them at the home show last year and they promised to be the best deal and out of the four companies we looked at they were! They were friendly, affordable and very professional. We recommend them to everyone we know who is looking to replace their furnace.

They did a great job. They were on time - at least close enough for me. We have had no problems so far and its been 3 months. Jordan Derall was great.

I got my Furnace and hot water tank replaced in 2008. I am happy with the job they did in 2008 but all so with the yearly maintance I receive. I always get professional service at a good price. I would highly recommend W&J Heating.

Very friendly and courteous emplopyees. The technician showed up on time, he completed the work on time, he cleaned up after the work was done and removed the old humidifier. Was very satisfied with the work.
