We recently had our complete home windows and doors replaced in February 2021, I would like to commend everyone who was involved for their professionalism and assistance. From the time we entered the showroom we were struck on how welcoming and insightful everyone was. Our initial salesperson was Eric who was extremely easy to deal with, and walked us through the do's and don'ts of our purchase, to Mike arranging our installation dates which was an adventure beyond anyone's control due to covid related setbacks. When the week of the installation came the crew that arrived was on time, and extremely respectful taking the time to ensure that they introduced themselves and to make us feel at ease. This crew was led by Larry who maintained an open and ongoing dialogue with us, keeping us informed on where they were with the installation, to the rest of his crew Connor, Trevor and Darryl at the end of each day they took the time to clean up after themselves. Larry along with Darryl painstakingly ensured that everyone installing the windows, doors and trim took the time to make sure things were done properly, and treated our home as if it was there own with this being displayed with the look of the finished installations. We highly recommend Kempendfelt Windows and Doors, and when you do choose them, don't hesitate to ask for Larry's crew to complete your installation.

We recently purchased an 1953 bungalow and our goal was to bring it back to a mid-century modern home. We are completely blown away with our windows, double sliding doors and entry doors! The Kempenfelt team was amazing, very tidy and kept us in the loop as the installation progressed. We also want to mention that in these crazy times with COVID-19, masks and distancing measures were in place over the few days that they were on site. Amazing product! Just wanted to drop a line to say thank you for all of your assistance in helping choose the best windows and doors for our home and more importantly for the gentlemen that came to our home to do the work. They were hardworking, polite and are men that take pride in what they do. I can't begin to tell you how impressed and happy we are with the job those men did. All through the project they were explaining to George and I how things worked and made sure we were happy with what they were doing. They took time to talk to us as people not just as another job. Please extend our appreciation to them. When the siding finally goes up I will send you a picture of that house so you can see there work.

After shopping around, we chose to get a new front door from Kempenfelt Windows and Doors. From start to finish, we had nothing but excellent service. The salesman patiently showed us numerous options; the installer Ken and his crew did a meticulous job and were friendly and professional. We have a house that is 100 years old. The new door has added elegance to the front entrance. We are completely satisfied with this company. There was a bit of a delay in the expected delivery date, but this is times of COVID, so we didn't mind the extra wait......it was well worth it!

NEW GARAGE DOORS PUT IN WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE INSTALLER DARRYL WHO WENT OVER AND ABOVE DONT GET MANY PEOPLE IN THE WORK FORCE LIKE HIM ANYMORE one who yakes pridr in his work..

This is the third time we have used Kempenfelt and we were once again impressed with the quality and service. They did a wonderful job and left the area clean when they were finished. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
